Ok so i've started writing out of fun and suddenly i have to make up a case??? what is this ahhh, i now totally understand the urge to write some angsty shit
My mother taught me plenty, but her best lesson is never to listen when someone tells me what a girl can or cannot do.
The Girl and the Goddess
2020 taught me the resilience
To conquer 2021.

As you can tell i made them myself so it doesn't look amazing. I just wanted to thank all these characters for giving me and teaching me so much.
My religion has not taught me empathy, it has taught me fear.
It has taught me that killing something will lead to endless pain in hell.
It has taught me that be selfless. Help others at the cost of your well being.
It has taught me that it is not okay to be not okay.
It has taught me that women are strong and that is why they must sactifice themselves for others.
It has taught me that even though women are strong, they will never be the one who will be the first to be respected or the first ones to reach the goal line. They have to take a longer route.
It has taught me that we must be tolerant towards others at the cost of our own death.
It has taught me that I must save others or I will suffer in the depths of hell.
It has taught me to not love passionately or else I will be tortured for eons in the holy flames in hell.
It has taught me that my life and existence comes at the cost of the life of countless other small beings.
It has taught me to live in guilt.
My religion has taught me to be human to others while forgetting to be human to our own self.
A letter to Solange Knowles
Summary: Soooo I kinda dared myself to write a letter to you: Solange Piaget Knowles. And in this day and age it’s kind of pointless writing letters. But I read “A letter to my teenage self“ and there was something admirable about pouring your heart and soul to the WORLD!
Speaking of letters. This is my second letter I’ve ever written. The first was to a teenage crush that never got to read it.
You ask why? Well because I’d be absolutely mortified if she did.
Anyway, Let me rave A Seat at the Table for its existence. Yes. Happy birthday to the Album (30/09/2016).
I probably don’t think people FULLY understand the album. Not gonna lie. Myself included. Although how you shared your views of the world in the album has taught me a lot.
Soooo What has Seat taught me thus far?
1. Being black is Avant-garde
2. “We're not crazy and that we're not trippin' and it's not our imagination. That these things are very real. They are very painful and they are everywhere."
3. Black girls are poppin
4. And just because I celebrate black culture doesn’t mean I’m anti-white culture.
I’ll shut up before I get too sappy. But thank you for being the voice for so many black kids.
And please continue doing whatever it is that lead me to you. I hope that your happiness outweighs the hate in this world.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and say Hi to Alan & Daniel & Tina & Younce & Dev & the Saint Heron team I hope they are all doing well.
Sincerely with all the glory in the world
Your Biggest fan
