Kicking off September with a double challenge! 75 mile run and a 25mile cycle 💪 one cycle down and a few miles ticked off already!
What are you aiming for this month?
I am analyzing my workouts
My circuit training is working upper body, legs and core every single workout, with a touch of cardio.
5x a week... so Amazing. I am totally impressing myself.
If I add it all up tonight I DB pressed 72x, I DB side pressed 64x, I did 40 Kettle bell swings, I did 64 Mountain climbers, 80 Front squats.. I jogged a mile.
Like damn... I am hot! Yeah me!
Me: *puts on new dress to make up hurt feelings*
Dad: "You're going to iron that, right?"
Me: *sigh*
