Straight Arm Holds -Sit on heels with tailbone scooped, abs tight and upper back rounded forward. Extend straight arms in front of you keeping them at shoulder height. Exhale and reach forward from shoulders to finger tips while keeping elbows locked out. Hold 15sec then lift to 45deg and hold here for 15sec, then raise above eye brows and hold for 15sec and breathe. 2. Alt. Incline Push Ups x30sec. 3. HB w Yoga Block btw Knees -Get into position for hip bridge and place yoga block btw knees. Now lift up into HB and squeeze the yoga block tightly as you internally rotate your thighs. Pelvic floor is engaged and pulled in. Hold 30sec. 4. Rear Triceps Lifts -Keeps arms straight and you grip the yoga block behind your back. Avoid rounding forward, instead keep you chest open and shoulders pressing away from your earlobes. Steady your teeny tiny pulses being sure you’re not lifting so high that you’re bending your arms. Keep em straight! This one is tough! Pulse for 30sec. 5.
