It's Workout Wednesday and time to attack our biggest muscle (and my personal favorite🙌🏻) your booty! your derrière! your glutes! and sculpt that coveted round, tight, high set butt!💪🏻 Here's one of my favorite moves for getting your booty to pop in all the right places. I picked it up from one of my #xfit coaches about a year ago and have been doing it regularly since.👍🏻 You can use the tactic for #backsquat , #frontsquat & #overheadsquat too. This move works deep into the thigh, hip, glute, low back & even low belly muscles which will give you 360 degrees of tight, firm muscle around your hips & thighs. Yeah!!! That's what I'm talking about!😉 The key is to sit all the way down on your step and completely rest your glutes & legs before you contract and rise up again. I recommend sitting on the step for 2-3sec before rising again. A common mistake is to disengage the abs on your way up which pulls the upper body forward and creates an unstable movement for the body.
