Instagram may remove this video. I was watching Da 5 Bloods. I had no idea “black lives matter” would appear on the screen. While these three words are so important and matter and especially now. I could not help myself but want to share. I have to live with autism I have no choice. Likewise colour of skin should not be prejudiced against or should disability or weakness of any type. I could also say I’ve had my fair share of strife with mental illness. Life can suck when we least expect. We as a whole Like to believe we are resilient to lifestyle challenges. We all throughout-the world are going through the most challenging days of our entire lives. #Now is the time for everyone to reflect on what is more important. This was my last exercise in Trent Park this morning. As some of you know I recently a couple of weeks ago had multiple teeth extraction. The pain had I known what was going to go through I probably wouldn’t of had so many teeth extracted in one go. But this is coronavirus thing perhaps it was the best thing I could do even though the side-effects the terrible pain discomfort that I still have to a certain extent in my mouth I was told by my dentist would take three months to heal. However this doesn’t stop me from working out. But by the time I got to during this last exercise on the tree I was pretty exhausted I was hoping to do two or three repetitions of this but Barely managed one. However what I do miss is I was seeing #terrolllewis and his gang of mates and #brixtonstreetgym. I also missed Parkour generations. Today at the running show it’s been my first proper exercise for Three weeks due to my recent bout of ill health. While I try to do push-ups and other bodyweight exercises at home and plenty of stretches I haven’t been back to a Tree Climbing, I missed out on a parkour event given by PK generations. Over next two months i’ve got a number of health challenges to deal with and today demonstrated to me the importance of keeping going with my fitness regime even it’s just basic stretching it’s better than nothing at all. When the weather improves I’ll be back to Tree 🌳 climbing but I hope to get down to sooner than later Terrell Lewis Brixton Street Gym I joined Ben with his calisthenics training even though I’m likely to be on medication. One of the things I’ve learnt on my fitness journey that it doesn’t matter what type of fitness I do so long as I respect the state of my health and work out accordingly in an environment that I consider to be safe and not endangering my health. So I will be telling myself to try to be gentle and not overdo it, most certainly not over train and take plenty of rest.
