In my fancont instead of rung being primus they’re just prima going through their cycle of. Dying. Becoming a random bot with a vague memory of being prima. Dying. And then becoming prima again after a bit. So anyone who thinks about it a little too hard will immediately think rung is prima. Loser

Yall know how Rung was only realy planed to be Primus in JRO's writing and every other idw writer was going for a more mystival aproach?

What if the primes were written to fit in better with the "Rung is Primus", like maybe they too lost their memories, were mythologized and their myth versions look apsolutley nothing like them (or just twink/smaller/simpler versions of themselves) and only a handfull of them actualy kept their original names?

It would be Pretty funny, like:

Optimus asks Alpha Trion if his name has anything to do with the third prime and he's like "no?? Its my name, that dead weirdo cant gatekeep a name" (he'd probably be one to keep his name idk)

Liege Maximo has personal vendeta against people who lie too much; Megatronus is posting Megatron hate content and calling him a loser; Prima is a lowkey chill guy who doesnt believe in primus that much - just something that contradicts their past/mythical selves.

And even better if they're all friends and with Rung too!

And the only one who realises these are all Primus and the 13? Unicron who visits in his own small, non-mythical form (like maybe he isnt a planet at all and its just a myth to match Primus) and thinks everyone is playing dumb on purpose.
