Don't let obligation or fear keep you from doing the right thing. You're worth more than Daddy says. And you always have a choice. You still have the right to choose, Way.

I just started learning Korean on this app and I'm loving the apps priorities. I was hesitant because I knew I would lose my motivation if I had to go through hours of learning the alphabet just to spend hours learning to say "Anna is from Germany" but this app really taught me 4 characters and said "great, now say 'let's go to the karaoke'"
I started the second (SECOND) section and "I really like this music video" is before learning "D"
I love this app
Regarding the comments post: Why don't you say in your fanfiction - in the Author's Notes maybe - that you don't want to work on your writing and don't want constructive or nitpicking advice, no matter how well meant? A lot of people want that kind of advice, and it's sort of implied that you're open to it if you post in an amateur's forum with an open comment function. If you don't want it, maybe tell people!
No one wants unsolicited feedback.
Ever.
That goes for fanfic and original writing as well as the entire artistic community on the planet earth and possibly other planets as well.
If someone wants you to critique their work, they will say that exactly. Get out of here with this you were asking for it by posting argument. Surely you can see how that's victim blaming, right? That sharing art is not consent, right? RIGHT?
The onus is not on creators to put a special note on everything they make to remind people to not be rude. Like... do you understand how utterly ridiculous this argument you are making is? "I cannot be expected to be kind unless I get a personal reminder every single time not to make mean comments, sorryyyy!" Seriously? You're going with that?
Unless someone specifically says something like "I am new to writing and am looking for feedback on craft/writing/grammar so please give me advice!" or has asked you to be their beta reader, by giving unwanted and unasked for critique, you are being rude and actively discouraging creators of all experience levels from ever sharing content again.
Period.
And now, playing the role of Orpheus - Richie Tozier ladies and gentlemen!
