I don't see how that works together
Though I do not, nor ever have, watched "Friends" I have been informed of a character that shares similar opinions to me on this: I like salmon, I like green beans, I like chocolate brownie. I see no problem here.
Basically my tastebuds work much like my colour-coordination. If I like two colours, they go well together.

I eat smoked cheese with chocolate. Well, I used to when I still ate chocolate.
Oooh. Smoked things give me headaches, but I imagine dark chocolate ould be quite nice with a strong cheese. (What is your reason for not eating chocolate now? :) )

Bit soggy and sugary. :P Honestly it just tastes like green beans and brownie, but I'm not one to ask as my tastebuds are a bit weird. :P You'll have to try it yourself. :D
