Maybe he's not a tramp, doesn't sleep around, and his exes respect his choice to stay in the closet. I don't get your comparison to gay for pay porn actors.. Note:  the author likely meant “aughts” instead of “oughts”.  The aughts applies to the decade of 2000-2009.  2002 was the beginning of the Austin Nichols era.
