Finally made it back to the gym today! I’ve had to take it easy for the 3-4 weeks because of stepping on a nail. Went today and my weight is still down, although there was a slight increase from what I was at before the nail. Also I did a mile in under 9 min, so my lungs are still strong. My workout was intense because of reps, but it was light lifting, with lots of sweat! Anyhow I’m glad to get back rockin!
