“Face it, brother. God is dead. The fire is gone. you’re chasing phantoms.”
I drew something in depressedrevolutionariesinlove's style because I need to cope.
They hate me because I do all my photo editing in ibis paint
I knew they were an enemies to lovers 6000+ year slow burn but I didn't think they'd actually be doomed in the end !!
Prompt 12 - Formation
@jegulus-microfic June 12, Word count 366
Previous part First part
When James woke in the morning, Regulus was gone, and so was Remus. Sirius howled in pain, sure that his brother had just led his boyfriend to his death. James tried to stay optimistic, but even he was finding it difficult.
The day dragged on. He spent all of his lessons where the classroom's windows looked out on the forbidden forest, scanning the tree line, looking for any flicker of movement.
Sirius was even worse than him, skipping any lessons where he couldn’t see the forest. It was at the end of the day that James had had enough. They both needed to get their minds off it.
“Come on, I’ve got Quidditch practice. Why don’t you come down to the pitch and watch? It might take your mind off it for a bit.” Sirius looked at him like he was mad.
“Nothing will take my mind off the fact that Remus is somewhere in the forest having Godric knows what done to him!” His shoulders slumped, and he looked up at James, looking more vulnerable than he had in years. “What if he never comes back?”
“You can’t think like that, Pads. Not even for a second. Regulus will bring him back. You know he’d never let anything happen to Remus, he actually likes him.” Sirius let out a wet snort and allowed James to lead him down to the Quidditch pitch.
The team was on one today. They were flying the best they ever had. Every formation was perfect. Their manoeuvres were flawless. James had every confidence that they would win next week's match against Hufflepuff.
“Alright, everybody, practice is over, hit the showers!” He shouted across the pitch and watched as his team descended as one. It was because he waited for his team to land that he was able to spot the two figures walking out of the trees.
He shot into the stands, stopping just before he collided with Sirius. “Get on, they’ve just come out of the forest.” Sirius didn’t need to be told twice. He slung his leg over the back of the broom and held on tight as James shot off in the direction he’d last seen them.

UGHHHHHHHHHHHH
I read DEC's lines, first of all
I got here before they had the Knockout like and the final promotion line on the wiki UwU
Second, Holly's second battle conversation with Enchantress (also her first one, where Holly just accepts being called a "coward who abandoned her shield and fled" and then adds that she's also an old friend who's come to stop her) and Vanilla's first conversation, they have both stabbed me in the heart and have hooked the knife up to a drill bit and began spinning.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT THEY BOTH MENTION HOW LILY "WAS ALWAYS GAZING BEYOND THE HORIZONS" (-Holly) AND "IF ONLY I COULD UNDERSTAND YOU" (-Nilla) WHAT THE FUCK AGHHHHHH DIAJIOWJDIODKIDSKD
I need to rant about all the stupid ass attention-to-detail things Devsis added:
First, Lily and Enchantress can face each other if you have them on a team together. Enchantress is doing the same pose that Lily is, but flipped.
Second, Enchantress and Lily have pretty similar victory animations (both spreading out/flapping their wings and raising up their staff).
Third, their pick-up animation is literally just the exact same thing
Fourth, they both make the same pose in their end-Gacha Pull animation.
Fifth, as mentioned in a previous crash-out post, THEY BOTH GET LILY'S SPECIAL BUFF WHEN DE IS ON A TEAM WITH HER AND LILY USES HER SKILL.
I JUST-
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Violent sobbing.
Devsis, why you do this to me?? Q⋏Q
I get they're the same cookie, but you don't have to add all the parallels, man, you don't have to add all the parallels 😔
Anyway, yeah, I'm losing my mind, there's so much attention to detail in this game, I think I'm actually going insane :3 (Entire post is /affectionate btw T-T)
Every time I post a cleavage pic, I think of that one anon from long ago who said "WHERE ARE YOUR NIPPLES". Bro was so mad and frustrated, I'm still laughing 5 months later
one of the largest presences in andor for me is actually the absence of the jedi. it's so glaringly obvious that palpatine has stripped the magic from the galaxy. it's what his fascism did on purpose to gain total control: it annihilated any threat of imagination and hope, diversity and collaboration. it created a galaxy that is prosaic, individualistic, greedy, banal, brutal, hopeless. without the jedi, without the heroes of legend, the moral arbiters, the ones who elevate reality with the supernatural and solve problems by creating a new narratives of peace, the galaxy suffers. now palpatine is the only storyteller, and the empire has one language, one people, one center, and no magic for the people. people like nemick and his manifesto are the beginnings, and cassian will come to live out a life of hope against all obstacles and oppression. it's a different kind of hero for a different, less magical world. a hero whose story is written in prose, not poetry, but a hero nonetheless. in a galaxy without the jedi, it's the best that the light can do. luke will return poetry to the world, until his return, the burden is on people like cassian to carry the story forward to freedom.
