Hiatus is not over, I'm just happy to share something my writing partner @enobytheexperiment and I are working on. A Reno/Vincent piece set 3 months after Geostigma has been cured.
The world is on the mend, and Vincent Valentine needs a job. Luckily, the Turks are offering. Less luckily, he’s saddled with Reno. The job description includes traveling all over Gaia facing down a new anti-Shinra military power with no allies, and no supplies. Vincent could learn a thing or two about how the Turks run now. And Reno could learn a thing or two about redemption. [Tags will be updated as chapters are posted.]
Join the Vincent Valentine community while you're at it! <3

Introducing the Dawnclan deputies versus the Duskclan senior warriors council!
The deputy system works differently in each clan from each other and from Warriors canon, so I’ll include a bit of context (and some introductions to these characters) below.
(thanks to @nanistar who I adopted Windwhispers design from, isn’t she pretty??)
THW Writers: “Deathgrippers are super evil! Theyre so villainous and bad! They’re like the bad guys of dragons because they eat other dragons!”
Rest of the series:
THW Writers: “They were enslaved by Grimmel, so it makes sense that they had to be killed!”
Rest of the series again:
HTTYD dragons part 2
HTTYD TNG kids: The Ingermans
Cory Star Ingerman was born during the events of Race to the Edge, making her the eldest out of all the other kids at her being 15. When the second movie was happening, Heather took Cory to the island Defenders of the Wing to keep her safe while everyone fought with Drago. She embraces her berserker side and uses all of her strength and energy to play wrestle with dragons, so she has a lot of scars covering her body as some play rougher than others. To add a cherry on top of all of this, she is a really talented artist and even designed a tattoo for herself and got it tattooed on her without her parents realizing. All of her art has been drawn down in a journal that is hidden under a rock deep in the woods where no one can find it.
She has a Scauldron named Aphrodite which she’s had since she was 3 after it crashed into her house.
Runa was born six years later and has been an interesting child, taking up more of their father’s curiosity and study of dragons and always wanting to study their friends’ dragons if there isn’t a lot in the book of dragons about them, such as Ethan’s baby Raincutter or Dante’s assortment of dragons. They came out to Gobber first that they were non-binary and he even helped cut their hair after coming out to everyone else.
There is a joke going around on whether or not Runa is an Eldritch horror that has come to haunt the entire archipelago because of their tendency to come out of nowhere and startle the other berkians whenever something about dragons is happening. Their best friend is also Fluffnut, they came out to each other after coming out to Gobber.
They also have a half blind Thunderclaw which they recently got.
