Hey, guys!!!

Just wanted to tell all my Tumblr friends that my SIW animation will be premiering at 10 AM on Saturday the 15th!!! Feel free to come and watch one of my favorite scenes from my story animated!!! This is to celebrate my channel reaching over 6,000 subscribers about a week ago. :)

(And for those who don't know what I'm talking about, this scene is from my original fanfic of TMNT called "The Strength in Weakness". This specific short is based on the scene from chapter 16 of Book One. The turtle with spots is my version of Mikey, the turtle with the pointed head and no markings is Leo, and the turtle bunched up in blankets is Lotus, my original character from my story. :) )

I just got today’s Animated comic and I thought I’d share this particular scene. I can just hear his voice in my head, “TURTLES!”

Via Flickr: ** View LARGE On Black ** ☣ ☣ -->> .. one of the coolest TMNT comics was based on 2003 cartoon revival. ** WOULD-BE post TMNT Animated #7.. ..stories based from alternative points of view on the early season one episodes lead to original,all new adventures by the time the fifth issue hit stands, much in the same way it's predecessor the TMNT Adventures book before it. Head writing by the famous Peter David and art lead by the equally famous animator LeSean Thomas. Near anime styling, the kind only LeSean could provide and different takes on already aired episodes .. it was like reading a whole NEW episode !! !! Even slight thematic allusions to the original cartoon. This book was so well thought out, enjoyable, and so short lived. Not long after the book was canceled, the groundbreaking publisher ..Dreamwave Prod. soon too would be disbanded. The never published TMNT Animated # 8 would have introduced a new story and take on the Evil Turtlebot. Possibly an homage to the classic TMNT toon character-bot,Metalhead. T-4 was an a semi-major boss character created by Baxter Stockman in the 2003 Turtles video game to help Hun and the Foot Clan steal some valuable artwork ( & a very special sword for the Shredder ). Later he was introduced into the and was released upon the Turtles and Leatherhead as almost a TRON like cyber villain capable of emulating the Turtles' weapons and moves. As in the game. The comic description - take would read as follows :: "Due to a one in a million freak accident, Baxter Stockman's computer becomes sentient... and seeks revenge for Turtles having destroyed so many of it's ("children" i.e., Mousers) . So it creates the perfect killing ,machine to track down and eliminate the Turtles once and for all: T4, The Turtlenator." ..the Turtlebot was to even encounter April O'Neil who would have mistaken him for one of the real TMNTs. Eventually T-4 would even show some form of sympathy. Although TMNT Animated #8 was never published :: two graphic novel collections of the first 7 issues released in 2007 did show some of LeSean's production work on the book and reveals some of this story. I don't have those collections as of yet. ~ t
