Me and @akozuheiwa figuring out that rott is actually a crack fic that Aja and Steve’s kids made their Uncle Eli write and had Blinky read to them because he’s a great at reading stories.

for further explanation we said that kids don’t know anything about how babies are made, hence the 7th kiss thing and Eli was totally down for writing it because Steve did something petty and he wanted to be petty back, also Eli’s not gonna correct the kids because Aja could and would kill him. 

It also explains why there’s so many random plot points cause they kept wanting things included in the story and Eli had to put them in, and why no one seems to have the braincell because kid logic.

The kids probably know very little about the other guardians from when they were all teens except what their parent’s, Eli, and Krel tell them, so either jokes or over exaggerated stories.

My only explanation for Toby’s death is one of the kids wanted a tragic ending then they rock paper scissor’ed over who would die and it ended up being Toby. 

it also explains why Eli came back after 1 year all handsome and tall because he’s writing the story why wouldn’t he do that?

I just took a shower and outlined a whole different screenplay in my head with themes and plot lines and finality and I just asjdjfhdhe

I’ve toyed with the idea of having a script doctor video series or something for a while and every time I think about this movie I get closer to writing everything down and also writing the whole script. Not to publish, not to animate, just to get it out of my system, it makes me that angry.

Okay I need to sleep on it but you know what would have been better than going back in time?

The whole thing was like it lies with the trollhunter, the kronisfere will make right, or whatever

Instead of going back in time, the trollhunter could fix time, bring back the people that fell victim to it, undo the damage these gods caused through it

Remake the world in the trollhunters image

And THAT could have been Jim’s arc, if he needed to have one. Everyone kept looking to him as a leader with the answers and the resume to back it up, and this is just not a power he’s comfortable wielding. To juxtapose manipulating time and space to fit Jim’s image of what’s right, verses what the Titans thought was right.

Not this time traveling to completely undo everyone’s sacrifices over the last two years bullshit.
