You meet when Thrór brings his people to Erebor. Your mothers craft was highly valued, so the whole family moved to join Durinsfolk and aid in resettling their old home.

Youre clumsy. Hes cute. He fell first but you fall harder.

And how can you not? Hes got blonde silvery hair. Eyes like quicksilver and a smile so sweet you walk into a closed door. Hes SMITTEN.

He wins your heart through his enduring kindness and skill on the harp.

You find his friendship with birds and even the smallest of mice to be quite adorable actually.

Once you went to hold his hand and he denied you. Why? He opens his palm and there is a baby mouse he'd safe and sound. "It is occupied,my apologies."

How could you NOT forgive him after that?!

His brother is quite cheeky and sends you a Terms and Conditions for My Brother's Heart.

The brothers together are absolutely delightful but agents of chaos. Grór presents a young piglet to you as a gift of thanks for keeping his brother company through his heartache and loss.

Thrór has a deep sadness within his heart. One that you become familiar with and aid him in tending to.

You learn to play the harp for him as a surprise. You do horribly but hes so touched the two of you kindle a far deeper relationship. Iykyk.

You coax him up to dance when hes too stressed or when hes in his grief.

He loves gifting you whatever youre most passionate about

He always notices and remembers your preferences and its always surprising.

The two of you sneak out to attend parties and usually end up collapsed in a heap afterward.

You are each others confidants and best friend. You plan on growing old together... until Smaug comes for vengeance and then- well you decide what happens

"Thrór"

You know of him from the films, but what if i told you hes way cooler and more tragic than you ever knew.

This event focuses on Legendarium Thrór. One of the youngest dwarf lords in history. His tale is full of hope, heartbreak, and resiliency. All culminated in a tragic self chosen fate-some theorize by his own choosing.

Thrór lost his younger brother and father to a cold drake in the same attack, leaving himself as King of Durin's folk. After a time it was decided Durins folk must flee the Grey Mountains. Thrór and Grór departed. One to the settlement of Erebor and to be King. The other to the established Iron Hills to be a Lord.

What happened to their relationship? Did they stay close, drift apart, or did politics drive them apart?

What were the early days of re-establishing Erebor like?

How did Thrór forge the golden era of dwarves?

What was his relationship with his son Thráin? His grandchildren?

How did he and the ravens establish their working relationship and what were they like together?

Did he continue hunting drakes after the dearh of his family members? How did so much drake trauma and loss impact him?

This is a chance to research and play with your own theories on an obscure but very important dwarf.
