I’ve been seeing a lot of struggle lately, whether that be due to mental health or physical health, and a lot of people are really scared because of something, whether that be public news or just personal/family matters. And despite the front I tend to put up, I’m also struggling too, even on my good days. But I want to bring a little sliver of comfort to the believers and non-believers, or just whoever reads this post.
Believer, I know you’re struggling, whether in your walk with God, your doubt about His will, or just leaning and trusting on Him. I’m right there with you, and I’m sorry you feel like you can’t speak up or grab someone’s hand and ask them to listen. Not only do you have God’s support, but you have mine as well, and I’m here if you need a listening ear. I know most of the time all someone really needs is a listener.
To the person just reading this post, belief or not, I’m sorry you’re struggling. I’m sorry if there’s been no one there to help you or be a listening ear. I’m sorry people have pushed you away. I can’t take away that pain as much as I want to, but know that despite everything, you’re still here, even if it feels like life has no meaning. I have hope for you, and I hope I can show that through not just words one day.
