For Pheonix: What's the weirdest thing you've seen out in the Night City streets?

"I think seeing weird things in Night City alone is just the norm, haha! But for me, the weirdest thing I've seen was also probably the most terrifying. Have you ever heard of spontaneous human combustion? I mean, I don't know if that's the the right term of that's what actually happened but that's what the consensus was. Anyway, I was getting breakfast at a diner not far away from my apartment and not long after the waitress took my order this woman was just suddenly on fire. She had been smoking a cigarette at the time but they said that wasn't what had started it. The smell that was left behind was horrid. To be honest, I haven't been back to that diner since."
