Fake Mike and Real Mike #orthodoxgate

In short, I tried to sum up everything in this post, but basically we’re dealing with two timelines. In episode 8 we see what would’ve have happened if Mike took the first road and conformed. He wrote the ending. But there will be (at least) episode 9, which tells the true story, road two and what really happened in Mike’s life for him to create all of the subplot we saw in previous seasons.

And in this game, there are two types of chaos classes, chaotic good and chaotic bad. Now, bad chaos brings anarchy, destruction, war. But good chaos can bring innovation, change. And this school, frankly, it needed to change. Because we were so divided into the jocks, the nerds, freaks. And in the chaos, all those walls broke down, and I made new friends. I made friends who were never even supposed to be my friends. This wasn’t just me. I saw this happen with so many others. When you get to know people who are different from you, you begin to learn more about yourself. You change. You grow. I’m a better person now. [Mike in frame] I’m a better person because of them, because of my friends. So, I’m not pissed off anymore. But I am worried. Worried, because now that the chaos is over, Principal Higgins and every square like him is gonna do their damnedest to put everything back in order. And I don’t want order, [Mike in frame] which is why it’s hypocritical that I’m wearing this thing. I mean, we look ridiculous. What is this? We look like Roman senators. [The Julian calendar was proposed in 46 BC by and takes its name from Julius Caesar, as a reform of the earlier Roman calendar]. I mean, it’s not who I am. I don’t think it’s who any of us are. So, honestly, just screw it. Screw the school. Screw the system. Screw conformity. Screw everyone and everything…trying to hold you back and tear us apart, because this, this is our year!”

We’re dealing with two timelines. Gregorian vs Julian calendars. Christmas (12/25) vs Orthodox Christmas (1/7). Strawberry vs Cherry Slurpee. Original Coke vs New Coke. True north.

My sister also reminded me that russians celebrate two New Year’s (because, again, Gregorian and Julian calendars) — New New Year on January 1st and Old/Orthodox New Year on January 14th. TWO TIMELINES! Just thought if nothing will happen on the Orthodox Christmas, maybe the Orthodox New Year is our day X.

Something MUST happen on Orthodox timeline, I can feel it. No way they’re randomly choose christian holidays to announce/release things with the whole Henry/Jesus parallels (12 kids — 12 apostles — 12 dishes on Christmas — 12 hours on the clock).

So the crowd just straight up looks at the camera... right?

00:09:04 - navigate this death obstacle on self-driving motorskates. Familiar barbed wire pit. Takes us rocketing backwards. 

Almost like writing a decade long show jumping through firey hoops of expectation - using AI? Unlikely to me.

Focuses on three hoops, two blades, then zooms out to include the first blade.

Miss Piggy's Bridgerton ... why wont anyone say her name? So devilish. Blue/yellow suit. Secret lover who doesnt know why he's here. Thats okay, public lover has found a new love - its only been a few seconds but its true love.

00:12:35 - a lot more of the show left. Unfortunately. 

00:12:50 - run of show in a highly specific order. Which promptly gets scattered by self driving skates. 

00:13:20 - Chinese New Year? Song: been tryna call, been alone long enough, withdrawls, sins citys cold and empty, blinded by the lights.

Does that red handle from the intro disappear when Beauregard beat it with a yellow handle?

00:17:48: Maya and the Beautiful Day Monster have instant chemistry.

00:18:16 - Clock hands spinning backwards and forwards in time between 11&1 (Muppet Labs classic). Beaker electrocutes himself - glowing white/red eyes. Todays experiment to battle distraction. 00:20:07 - lots of meta commentary on actors lives / personas. And does that muppet sitting behind maya have no eyes? 

00:20:35 - Kermits bad aura. Little bird, swallow on Janice's hat. Breathe in. Waiting to breathe out. 

Newsflash. Mayas dead. Nope. Shes alive. "I saw the light, and a river of souls, and a wall of flames, and i was doing award show patter for a man in red... that sounds like heaven right? 

Why do they only ever have two of the 3 the Mutations?

Loverslake.  Song - met you i was soft inside, fern that looks like a demogorgon, you do something to me i cant explain, islands in the stream, sail away with me, to another world, slowly losing sight of the real thing. "Youre not cutting me from the show!" Miss Piggy here replaces Kermit. "This could be the year of the real thing." Sabrina and Piggy are a striking couple.

Didnt go as planned. Maybe a little rusty. We promised a great show, and i hope you enjoyed at least some of it. A Muppet singing "I feel alive". Turn the world inside out. Floating around in ecstasy. Dont stop me now. I dont wanna stop at all.

Pink Floyd’s The Wall poster in his room. The album about building a shield to protect yourself, an inner barrier that doesn't let you connect with people and live a full life because you're shaped by your trauma and can't overcome it. The main character does break the wall at the end, symbolizing his growth.
