so i told my spouse that i can't really imagine a future for myself that isn't suicide, and that any time i try to make plans for the future they always turn to suicide
that hurts them
i understand why and how
it feels like i don't love them enough
that's actually a reasonable way to feel
It's understandable that someone might feel hurt that you don't feel like your future will arrive without suicide, especially if they love you. However, this doesn't mean that you did anything wrong or that you "don't love them enough." You're doing your best and anyone who loves you would love you regardless. As long as you love them, that's enough, anon.

Goodnight! I love you all :) sleep well!
I got a blazed post, and it made me frustrated.
"What you're feeling isn't love, it's just a break from your monotony."
..Yes. I'm aware. I love my partners because they make my dull life better. I don't get to see them the most often, but when I do, it's magical. Instead of dealing with the same, day in and day out in my sidesystem, I get to see their smiling faces.
I think people trying to define love is a problem. Love can be an emotion. Love can be a choice. Love can be a break. Love can be a question, love can be an answer. Love is so many things and is felt in so many ways. Don't try to make it rigid, that's never what love is
❗this post is inclusive of non-romantic or complicated love!❗ ❗also, loveless people exist and they are so so so very valid!❗
