yeah n it kinda grosses me out bc Kiku legally adopted Konatsu as a daughter, and like.. it kinda goes against who Kiku is as a person/character...

plus the only thing to go off of is appearances, there’s no other justification and you can’t trust anime genetics (like kona doesnt look biological to miyo or sukeroku but she, is so eat a tree)
