...I will exile my thoughts if they think of you again, and I will rip my lips out if they say your name once more.

OCD & Intrusive Thoughts
OCD ( Obsessive Compulsive Disorder ) is prone to Intrusive Thoughts! This is a lesser known symptom that not everyone will even experience. Some thoughts can be as simple as “I need to touch that pillow” to as scary as “I need to break my fingers” While not talked about often, it is Very common for people with OCD to experience this. Intrusive Thoughts are uncontrollable feelings and ideas about typically Negative things and many disorders have these as a symptom, yet it is not talked about very frequently. It is always important to know that you are not your intrusive thoughts and that they do not make you a bad person. Many people who have have intrusive thoughts think about harming others or doing very dangerous things; then being panicked and scared that they could even imagine that. Intrusive Thoughts can be helped by Therapy and in some cases medication is required, this all depends on what disorder is causing them and the amount they alter your day to day life.
Virtual Love ?
Its hard for people who are anxiety ridden to admit what they feel; a feeling of impending doom and uncontrollable thoughts that plague our minds and cause us to close the door on so many things in our life.

It's very difficult to become an evil mastermind with uncontrollable thoughts
by Rudy Loewe
Hi sorry to bother you but I'd asked a question a couple of days ago but I don't think it was answered(I was the anon with the uncontrollable thoughts)?
Hello lovely,
Did you word it as 'uncontrollable thoughts' in your original question? If you did, I can find it using the search function, so it's not in here sorry. If you worded it differently, would you mind giving me a bit more detail so that I can take a look for you? As for our answering time, we're behind by quite a bit at the moment, but we're trying to catch up and help as many people as possible!
Take care,Alexandria.
