I had a ton of fun with this one! So hopefully you guys enjoy as well. There's definitely not enough Usopp love out there, and I'm happy to be able to write for him this way!

You couldn’t stop giggling. An amazed and awe stricken expression was on your face as you bounced around happily. Usopp was showing off his sharp shooting skills, as he liked to do. You had made cut outs together of “bad guys” lined up with your favorite stuffies and toys. He was the one that proposed the idea, and it was already turning into one of your favorite games. It made it all the more fun that he was acting out scenes, going all out on developing stories for how your friends got into danger in the first place.
“Look there! A marine snuck up behind our pirate friend!” He tried to sound serious, but he was struggling to keep his laughter in with your excited and nervous expression. “Don’t worry! I’ll be sure to save her riiiiight…now!” He shouted, taking his slingshot and knocking down the evil bear that had snuck up on your bunny.
You both rushed over, and he picked up the bunny stuffed animal and looked her over carefully. “Are you hurt?” He asked, concerned. “Phew! I’m glad, but be sure to be more careful. We have an adorable little one right here who was worried for you.” He nodded his head at you, grinning wide as he handed her over proudly. “Don’t worry, she’s okay this time. But we have to be prepared, because giant unicorns could land on the ship and put her in danger again!”
You gasped, pouting at nothing in particular. “Unicorns are nice dada.” You huffed, but giggled as he poked your cheek and pulled you and your bunny in for a hug. “But thanks dada!” A nod, and your expression turned…somewhat serious. “I’ll make sure she stays safe and imma get the bad guy next time!” You beamed at him, reaching for his slingshot.
“Woooah, woah woah.” He held it out of your reach, but patted your head to comfort you. “See there’s a requirement here.” He pointed at the slingshot, reaching it down to show you before turning it away so you wouldn’t see. “It says here that only big minded people can shoot these. It’s right there, carved onto the side!” He held it up as if to examine it while you tried to see the words for yourself. “It’s important that your friends are safe, but it’s even MORE important that you’re even safer.”
He grinned, bumping your nose with his. “But maybe another time I’ll let you shoot the next bad guy that we come across.” He hummed, tapping his chin with his finger. “But only if you promise to be good, okay?” He held out his pinky, and showed you a wide grin to show just how happy he was when he was with you.
Your pout turned into a smile, and you reached out your pinky and shook his own excitedly. “I’ll be good, dada! Promise!” And as you spoke, you couldn’t even try to hide your giggles if you wanted to. “But no lying! I wanna try!” You crossed your arms over your chest, looking at him as if to force him to do what you said.
He shook his head, “no, no! I’m not lying this time, I swear! You can try and shoot it when you’re big again.” He laughed, and tucked his slingshot away in his pocket before grabbing your hand and rushing over to the edge of the ship. “Now look!” He said, pointing off towards the vast sea surrounding you.
You struggled to see anything, really. It looked entirely empty, just waves swaying the ship. There didn’t look like there was anything around you that wasn’t the typical sea you’d often look at with him. “Dada?” You asked, confused. Was he seeing something you weren’t? No matter how hard you narrowed your eyes and tried to see what he was looking at, you just couldn’t.
He laughed, patting your head. “Made you look.” He snickered, and you gasped. He saw the frustrated look on your face and decided to make it better. He kissed all over your cheeks, making you giggle at how silly he was being.
But to be fair, he always seemed to be silly. No matter what you were doing, it made you love him even more! “No fair!” You called, playfully swatting his chest as he only got closer. “Mean!” You huffed, but he didn’t seem to care. He enjoyed making you distracted, and it even ended up helping you stay in your little space longer without fail.
“I know, I know. I’m very mean. The meanest captain.” He rolled his eyes, smiling wide as he scooped you up into his arms while giving you a quick spin. “But I’m YOUR mean dada. Nobody else’s.” He rushed, carrying you across the deck while you kicked your feet and giggled. Your frustration was immediately forgotten and you wrapped your arms firmly around his shoulders.
He stopped abruptly, and flopped down on the ground with you cradled against him. “Hm…big adventures like that are exhausting. Maybe it’s nap time.” But his giddy tone made it obvious he was nowhere near tired. He even seemed to laugh louder at your protests. “But first…isn’t there something you wanna say?” He prodded, both of you knowing exactly what it is he was trying to get you to say.
It had you giggling, and you tried and failed to wriggle out of his grasp. “Dada!” You laughed, and decided to point up at the sky. “Look!” There was nothing to note about it, but he had pulled the trick on you, so it was only fair you did the same.
Despite him knowing there wouldn’t be anything, he looked up and furrowed his brows to try and “see” whatever it was you were pointing at. You only laughed even louder, poking the sides of his face with a happy, “got you too!” Even as you kept poking his cheeks, he couldn’t stop smiling.
“You did, you did. But you never said it! I’ll only let you go when you say it.” He wasn’t dropping it, and you honestly didn’t want him to. His arms only wrapped tighter around you, and refused to let you get up until he heard his favorite words.
“Love you dada!” You giggled, cheering when he released his hold on you, only for him to pull you down again.
The Straw Hats spend a week in Water 7, and you get some good news courtesy of Luffy's grandpa.
OPLA!Straw Hats x isekaied!reader (f!reader, no use of y/n)
Warnings: Going Merry funeral 😞
Notes: Sorry but I can't control myself so this one makes it very obvious (to everyone but reader apparently) that Sanji's in love. Now whether the feelings will ever be mutual is up to you 💕

Robin and Franky were saved.
The crew made it out of Enies Lobby alive and well, all thanks to the Going Merry. She had appeared when you needed her most, her voice in all of your hearts telling you to jump in the water. And she caught you, like she always did.
It was her last act of love for all of you.
Because she couldn't continue on, no matter how much she wanted to.
So, you all bid her goodbye and watched her burn. A funeral worthy of a member of the Straw Hats.
Tears flooded your face as the flames took her. The ship that had felt like a home from the moment you appeared on it. The ship that was so loved by her crew that she came to life.
“I'm sorry.”
It was that voice again. Her. Merry.
“I wanted to carry everyone just a little bit further. I had so much fun. I wish our adventures would never end.”
You could hear Usopp sobbing underneath the stoic face of his Sniper King mask. Silently, you reached for his hand and gave it a firm squeeze.
“Merry!” Chopper cried, the fur on his cheeks soaked with tears.
“I'm sorry–”
Luffy was as choked up as you as he yelled to her. “No, Merry! If anyone should be sorry, it's us! I'm no good at steering! I ran you into icebergs and all kinds of stuff! I ripped your sails!” Tears covered his face as well as he gestured back to all of you. “Zoro and Sanji were breaking your stuff all the time! Usopp tried to fix you, but he wasn't any good at it!” He sobbed softly before yelling even louder. “IF ANYONE'S SORRY, IT'S US!”
Luffy fell to his knees, crying loudly and unashamed. For his ship. For his friend.
“I don't mind. I was happy. I know you always treated me with love. Thank you,” she said. “Even if our time together was short, I'm glad that I could spend it with you…”
Even though a few of you didn't shed tears, you all took the words to heart. Despite the chaos and mess of life with the Straw Hats, Merry had loved you all as much as you loved her. Like a true pirate, she lived with no regrets.
The crew watched until the last of the flames died and the Merry was no more.
You were still crying as everyone boarded the Galley-La ship to head back to Water 7.
Already emotional, you couldn't help following Usopp as he went to look out over the edge of the ship, towards where the Merry had been laid to rest.
“Hi.”
“Hey–” Usopp quickly remembered himself and put on the voice, despite knowing you'd figured him out earlier. “Uh, I mean, hello, young lady.”
Usopp was wearing that mask and hiding himself for a reason, and you weren't going to force him out of it. Even if everyone but Luffy and Chopper had instantly known it was him.
“You said you know Usopp, right?”
“Yes, Usopp is a close, personal friend of mine. Why do you ask?”
You turned to him, fresh tears escaping from your eyes. “If you see him, can you tell him that we miss him? And that it's not the same without him here?”
Usopp's shoulders dropped, and he couldn't bear to look at you even with the mask on. “I'll, um, pass on the message!”
“Thanks.” You sighed and looked back out on the water. “He told me once that we'd figure out how to be brave and strong together. I'm going to hold him to that.”
Two days after the battle at Enies Lobby, the Marines arrived.
You'd been shocked to learn that one of the Marines, a Vice Admiral, in fact, was Luffy's grandfather. As it turned out, most of the crew had already known.
But he dropped another bomb that was new to everyone, even Luffy. The fact that Luffy's father was the leader of the Revolutionary Army. Monkey D. Dragon.
Apparently, Garp wasn't finished as he hammered at the wall he'd broken down earlier. “You've been keeping some interesting company, Luffy.”
“Yeah, my crew's pretty awesome,” Luffy said, turning back to all of you with a proud grin.
“You know, girl,” Garp said, looking at…you? “You're not the only one in your…peculiar situation.”
You were so caught off guard, you didn't even notice the way that Sanji moved closer to you. “My situation?”
“Well, you're not from here, are you?” He turned back to hammer in another nail.
How did he know that? You wondered…you'd spent days in Water 7 unknowingly surrounded by CP9 agents. Could you have given yourself away somehow?
“Once every few years, someone from your world ends up here. We don't know how or why it happens, or if there's any real rhyme or reason to who it happens to. But they always know too much.”
So you weren't the only one who had ever woken up here. There were others like you.
You held your hands up. “Look, I barely know anything. Those people were probably fans. I'm not.”
He continued on as if you hadn't spoken. “People like you are dangerous. Either they join us, or they're executed.”
The energy of the room shifted.
Sanji put himself in front of you, Robin crossed her arms, Zoro popped a sword from its sheath, Nami grabbed her Climatact, and you even heard Chopper growl, ready to turn into Big Chopper at a moment's notice. Little did any of you know, Usopp was listening at one of the windows, slingshot gripped tight in his hand.
Luffy's fists clenched at his side, willing to fight his own grandpa for you without a thought. “Neither of those things are gonna happen.”
Garp laughed as he took in everyone's defensive stances. “I have no intention of taking you in or harming you. Not today, at least. I'm simply warning you about the reality of your situation. Things will get dangerous for you.”
You moved out from behind Sanji, keeping a hand on his arm. “I'm not worried about the Marines or the government. This crew literally just showed you all what we'll do if you try to take one of us.”
“It's not just the World Government. There are plenty of people out there who might find you useful.”
“I'm not worried about them either. My captain will kick their asses.”
Luffy smiled over at you. “That's right!”
Garp finished the wall, and all of you followed as he went outside to have a goodbye with Luffy. But before he could leave, you called out to him.
“Luffy's grandpa, wait! You said that the option for people like me is to join the Marines or die. So does that mean we can't be sent back?”
Garp almost looked like he felt bad. “Like I said, we don't know how or why it happens. We don't know how to reverse or stop it either.”
“And the people that have joined the Marines? They've never just…disappeared, have they?”
Everyone was confused by the question. Everyone but Robin, who was watching silently.
“No. One's been with us for almost three decades, in fact. I'm sorry to tell you, but you have no way to go back home.”
You probably should've been sad. Had even a flicker of longing for the world you came from.
But all you could do was smile.
There was a comfortable silence in the Galley-La kitchen as you and Sanji took care of the dishes from lunch. He would wash and rinse, then pass them over for you to dry. It wasn't an uncommon occurrence, even though, like always, he'd insisted that your hands shouldn't have to do any work.
But you helped anyway, and he could never be upset about time spent with someone so lovely.
Something was different though. Pure joy radiated from you. You hadn't stopped smiling since Garp came by. And as beautiful as your happiness was, Sanji couldn't help wondering why.
Garp told you you couldn't go back home, yet you didn't seem bothered at all…
Sanji passed a plate to you, finally interrupting the quiet. “Why did you smile?”
“Hm?” You took the dish, thoroughly wiping it dry.
“When Garp said there was no way for you to go back home, you smiled. You've been smiling ever since. I thought you'd be upset.”
“Well, Sanji, truth be told, I didn't want to go back there.” Finally, you could say it freely. Knowing you didn't have to go was like a weight off of your shoulders.
Sanji paused what he was doing, looking at you with wide blue eyes. “You didn't?”
“Not at all. I've actually been worrying myself sick about it since we left Drum Kingdom.”
And then it hit him. The restlessness you'd been suffering, the exhaustion you tried to hide from him and everyone else. His gaze softened. “You didn't have to go through that on your own. You could've told us.”
You fiddled with the edge of the dish towel. “I know, it's just…I didn't know if I'd have a choice. If I told you guys I wanted to stay, then just up and disappeared, it would've hurt. But if you thought I wanted to leave–”
“It still would've hurt,” he finished.
“Not in the same way.” That pretty smile graced your lips again. “But none of that matters anymore. I'm here to stay.”
Sanji smiled back. “And I'm glad for it. I can't imagine not seein’ my angel every day.”
“Oh stop it.” You nudged him playfully with your elbow. “You still would've had Nami and Robin. You'd be just fine without me.”
“I can promise you, I would've been heartbroken to see you go.” It wouldn't have been a lie to tell you that he'd worried more than once about you disappearing without a chance for him to say goodbye. Not that he would tell you that. “But aren't there things you'll miss?”
“Sure. I mean, the music is definitely better there. And I'll never get to watch my favorite movie again. But none of that matters, because I'd miss you and everyone else so much more. I didn't really have anyone back there, but here I have you guys. And I wouldn't trade that for anything.”
Sanji's heart swelled at your words as he dried his hands and pulled you into a side hug. You leaned your head against his shoulder and wrapped your arm around his back.
“You know…I think I would've missed you the most.”
Your softly spoken words hit him right in the chest, and he couldn't bring himself to do anything besides squeeze you just a little bit tighter.
A few moments later, you took your arm back, and Sanji read that as his cue to pull away and go back to washing the dishes, the pink dusting still visible on his cheeks.
“Now I have to think long term,” you said, watching as he scrubbed at a particularly stubborn spot. “What will I do when the adventure's over? What's my 'open a restaurant in the All Blue'?”
“You've got plenty of time to figure it out.” Sanji didn't look at you, focusing on the plate in his hands. “But you're always welcome wherever I go. I'm sure they need doctors in the All Blue.”
“You're inviting me to join you in the All Blue?” You shook your head, chuckling. “You know, Sanji. One day you're going to meet someone that you really like, and she's not going to take you seriously because you do this stuff with every woman.”
It was just supposed to be a silly joke, but you noticed the way he stopped moving.
“Sanji? I didn't mean–”
Sanji turned to you with a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes, passing you the plate to dry. “No, it's alright, love. You've actually given me somethin’ to think about.”
You carefully took the plate from him. “Oh.”
And in burst Luffy.
“Sanji, I'm hungry again! Make me a snack!”
You sat out in front of the Galley-La Company later that evening, exhausted from hours of shopping with Nami and Robin. One of the medical books you'd found during your outing sat open on your lap as you gave it a look.
Luffy's voice came from behind as he dropped down next to you, legs criss crossed. “More studying?”
“Yep,” you said, putting a bookmark in and giving him a smile. “Being a doctor is gonna take a lot of that. But I've got time.”
“About that…I'm sorry I can't keep my promise.”
“Your promise?”
“To get you back home. Remember?”
It felt like a long time since then, but of course you remembered. “Luffy, it's okay.”
Luffy's brow scrunched. “But isn't it your dream to get back there?”
“Maybe it was, but…” You really thought about it for a moment and shook your head. “No, I don't think it ever was. But you actually have made a dream of mine come true, Luffy.”
“I have?” He tried to think of anything special he'd done for you lately, but he drew a blank.
“I always wanted to have a real family. Somewhere that I fit in. Somewhere I belong, you know? And I found that on your crew.” You gave him a smile, eyes shining with unshed tears. “So yeah, I'm living the dream already.”
Those tears came flooding down your cheeks the moment he beamed and wrapped his arms around you several times in a tight hug. “I didn't really want you to leave,” he admitted, his voice muffled by your neck. “We have so much fun together.”
“We'll keep having fun. Because another important part of my dream is to be standing by your side when you become the King of the Pirates.”
Luffy pulled away just enough to give you an even bigger grin.
“You will be. And that's a promise I'll keep!”
Declaring war on the government was a guaranteed way to earn a bounty (or an increase, for some of you), so there was an air of excitement when the Franky Family started handing out the posters.
Luffy cheered. “300 million! It went up!”
Zoro smirked at his. “Not bad.”
“Hey, that guy said he was with the local newspaper,” Nami said, scowling at the poster.
You peeked at the photo on her bounty, whistling at the sight of her posing just like a model in a fashion magazine. “You look amazing, Nami.”
Her annoyed face turned much happier. “Thank you.”
“50 berry?!” Chopper yelled, nearly crying. “Why's it so low?!”
Robin patted his head as she smiled at her own bounty.
You were practically bouncing as you received yours. The picture wasn't as stunning as Nami's, but at least it was badass. Axe Wielder, it said. “Guess axes are my thing now. That's cool. But 60 million seems a little high for someone like me.”
Chopper grinned up at you, momentarily forgetting how upset he was over his own amount. “The government says you're really dangerous, remember?”
Robin leaned in towards you with a little smirk. “Welcome to the club.”
Someone was being suspiciously quiet.
Sanji stood a few feet away, paper clutched tightly in his hand and eyes locked on it.
“Not as high as you were expecting?”
He didn't look at you or move at all. “The number isn't the problem.”
Frowning, you walked over to him and had a glimpse of his photo.
Only it wasn't a photo, it was a drawing. One that, beyond the blond hair and cigarette, did not look like him at all. This person had bushy, curled eyebrows and very full lips, with frizzy hair framing a rounded face. You didn't know who the hell they were trying to capture, but it wasn't Sanji.
“Oh, Sanji,” you said from behind your hand, holding back a giggle. You placed the other hand on his shoulder. “At least your bounty isn't 50 berry.”
“Hey!” Chopper pouted from next to Robin, his arms crossed over his chest.
Sanji finally looked over at you, and you could see the disappointment in his eyes. “It doesn't even look like me.”
There was no use in lying. “No, it doesn't. It's really bad. I hate to tell you, but it's gonna hurt your chances with the ladies.”
As if things couldn't get worse, Zoro came over and plucked the poster from Sanji's hand. He stared at the drawing for a moment and said in a deadpan voice, “What are you talking about? It looks just like you.”
Sanji ripped the poster out of his hands. “You take that back, you mossheaded ass! That's not me!”
“He's just as ugly as you, so what's the difference?”
You took the chance to head back over to the rest of your friends, letting out the laughter you'd been keeping in for Sanji's sake.
But hey, with how often the crew got into trouble, he was certain to have plenty of chances to get his picture taken one day.

TW: Selfdoubt and selfdepication (Usopp my baby! Get up!)
Reader has been apart of the Straw Hats for a few months. Over those months he has gotten close to Usopp and Franky. It only made scense, he was a blacksmith. Reader was working on a new weapon. He was making it for someone special to him. Reader got lost in his work and failed to notice Usopp entering the forge. Usopp watch as Reader worked, he was mesmerised by the force that went into make anything. He had watched him make knifes, screws, and weapons; yet he still was mesmerized every time. After awhile Reader stopped working on the weapon and took a break.
Reader: Oh! Usopp, I didn't notice you walk in.
Usopp chuckled and Reader laughed with him. It wasn't the first time. Everyone knows that when Reader starts to work, he gets lost in it. Reader took off all of protetive gear he had on.
Reader: So, what brings you in?
Usopp: While lunch is done and Sanji wanted me to let you know. We should probaly get back before Luffy eats it all.
Reader nodded and walked out. Usopp not far behined him. As they walked to the kicten, Usopp trned to Reader.
Usopp: So what were you making?
Reader: Oh, just another weapon.
Usopp looked at Reader closer.
Usopp: Is there one in mind?
Usopp was hoping that Reader would say it was for him but he know not to get his hopes up. Reader got flustered at the question, part of him wanted to tell him the truth but part of him was afarid of it.
Reader: Yeah, it's nothing specaial.
Usopp and Reader both walked in silene as they entered the kitcen. It was caotic as ever. Sanji yelling at Zoro and Luffy, and at the same time fonning over Robin and Nami. Brook was singing a new song as Chopper listed medical terms and medices to Robin and Franky. This was the chaos Reader had grew to love. He sat down in his seat, next to Zoro, the swordsman was to busy yelling at Sanji to egnonle the blacksmith other than a grunt. Sanji, however, noticed Reader right away.
Sanji: READER-SWAN!!
Both Reader and Zoro let out a sigh, already over his antics. After everyone sat down, Sanji started to hand out plates to everyone. He made sure that everyone got their fill. After some time everyone other than Luffy, had finshed their food and started to head back to their own things. Reader was heading back to the forge, when Franky walked up to him.
Franky: YO! Are you working on anything SUPER!
Reader: Yeah, just a weapon. I'm hoping to finsh it by tonight.
Franky: It sounds like it's for a certin someone.
Franky was the probaly the only one who know about Reader's crush, or who it was at least. Franky never missed an chance to tease him for it.
Reader: Maybe, but can you look at the design I have for it? I need a second set of eyes on it.
Franky nodded, knowing Reader had a tendence to doubt himself. He know it would be perfect. They entered the forge and Reader grabbed the blueprints. He normaly didn't make blueprints, but this time it was special, for someone special. Franky looked over the design as Reader put back on his protecive gear.
Franky: This is SUPER! He will love it!
Unknow to ethier of them, Usopp was listening in. He started to got jealous of this 'he', who ever they are. He wanted to be the someone special, but he wasn't the best option on the ship. There was Zoro, a strong swordsmen, Sanji, one of the greatest cooks. Nami and Robin were both smart and strong. Even Luffy was better then him. Usopp sighed and walked away from the forge and back to his workshop, hoping to drown himself in his invetions. Back at the forge, Reader had continued to work on the weapon. He was almost finshed with it. All he needed to do was add the final touchs to it, a handal. He also was adding an ingeraving to it. 'Always and Forever, You and I togther', it was what he had said to Reader on their first mission togther. This weapon was a way for Reader to ask Usopp out. Out of everyone he was the one of the closest people to him on the ship. The mission that they went on togther bloomed the feelings he had for him. He put himself in danger for him. Reader finshed the weapon, a sligshot with a slolar power to really pack a punch. It had an extandiale handal to provide more blance when needed. Reader grabbed the slingshot and walked to Usopp's workshop. He know he should probaly wait until the morning but he was to excited. Reader knocked on the door. Usopp heared it and opened the door. When he saw Reader, he felt happier and sadder at the same time. Hopefull that he was here for him, afarid that he wasn't. Reader was just as nervise, he was afaid of regetion. Reader headed the slingshot over to Usopp with out a word and looks at his feet. Usopp stood there stuned at it. He slowly grabbed the slingshot, admiering the craftmanship of it.
Usopp: Is this for... me?
Reader still looking at his feet nodded. It was first time Reader ever asked anyone out.
Reader: Yes... I want to ask you something and if you say no, I understand and you can keep the slingshot.
Usopp nodded, even though Reader couldn't see him.
Reader: I want to go with you! I think you are wounderfull and I admire what you do for others. You are one of my closest friends and I want to expand on our relationship. I wnat to be more than frineds.
They both stood there for but felt like hours. Usopp set the slingshot down and grabbed Readers hands, make he look up for the first time this convertion. They locked eyes with each other.
Usopp: I thought... you would go for someone else. I mean, I'm not the strongest or bravest. I-
Reader cut him off by putting his hand over his mouth.
Reader: I think you are on of the strongest people I have ever meet. You stand up for what you belive in, no matter how scared you are. Y-
This time is was Usopp who cut Reader off, but this time it was with a kiss. Reader was caught off gaurd, but slowly returned it. They seperated from each other, to catch their breaths.
Note: Two posts in one day and its lowkey my best work ever, a miracle fr, Usopp my love 🥹🥹🥹 Also Reader and Nami are platonic wives because I said so
Cw: None!!
🐸🧚♀️🐸
You were bored, which is surprising for such a high action crew.
Usually, there would at least be something happening, like Luffy causing a ruckus in the kitchen or Zoro and Sanji bickering over a minimal topic.
But no, today there was literally nothing, what was a girl supposed to do without her daily dramas to watch???
This however was squashed when you remembered you had a boyfriend (this was only after Nami told you to go away after apparently being 'too loud').
Following the tinkering sounds like a hound, you successfully located Usopp.
He was sitting on the ground below deck, delicately refilling one of his bombs; likely gotten kicked out of the kitchen area after stealing Sanji's pepper or chilli for the umpteenth time.
"There you are." You spoke up when he didn't immediately notice you.
Usopp's head raised within a millisecond, grin immediately gracing his formerly focused face.
"Hey." He said after a moment, remembering to speak as he awkwardly pushed some materials to the side to make room for you.
You tiptoed through the rest of the stray materials, before settling in the space made for you, immediately resting your chin on his shoulder to look at what he was making today.
"Whatcha doing?"
His breath caught in his throat the second you graced him with your touch, though he played it off by clearing his throat.
"Perfecting my newest bomb, Sanji won't let me make any more pepper bombs, so I have to get creative, gotta keep my girl safe y-you know?" His voice stammered at the end, as if he didn't know how you would react to being called 'his girl' when the two of you were literally dating.
You hummed in response, turning your head away from his invention to nuzzle into his neck.
"Hm, obviously." Your voice came out muffled as you properly replied, smiling into his skin as he visibly short circuited, which only made it worse.
Usopp carefully put down his bombs before continuing to speak in a nervous ramble.
"Y-Yeah, ahem, yeah, can't have you feeling unsafe now, would not be a very good for the great Captain Usopp's reputation if he doesn't put his girl's safety first." He hesitantly put his arm around your shoulder, though he became more relaxed when he slipped into his 'Captain Usopp persona' as you liked to call it.
You only nodded, not really listening as you closed your eyes, and tucked your head so it was resting under his chin.
"Uh, you tired?" He asked, clearly trying not to smile too hard and stay nonchalant, though you were testing this greatly.
"No, just bored, The Merry has nothing going on today." You grumbled, before remembering something outrageous.
"Nami didn't even want to gossip with me, do you know how tragic that is?!" You took your head out of his neck to announce this, though still kept close.
"Good to know I am your second choice." Usopp teased lightly, huffing as if this deeply offended him.
"Well yeah, Nami is literally my wife, you're just my side piece." You clarified mock haughtily.
Usopp chuckled with a shake of his head; the whole crew knew of your 'marriage' to Nami, that she only played along with for shits, giggles and the occasional couple discounts. When you and Usopp started dating, the joke only extended. He didn't mind though, it was just one of your many quirks.
Your snooty expression quickly turned into delight when he chuckled.
"Aww, but your laugh is so cute! You can be upgraded to main course for today... or until Nami takes me back." You joked, pulling him closer by the waist to rest your head on his chest and hug him.
His laugh stifled into a choke at the sudden pull, and the nose full of your hair he just inhaled; he stilled for a moment, mostly just trying not to shiver at the feeling of your arms wrapping his lower back.
"Maybe The Merry should be boring more often." He muttered under his breath, wrapping his arms around you in return, his foggy brain clearly forgetting that you were close enough to hear this.
You graciously gave him the mercy of pretending not to hear him, something you rarely did.
For a moment there was silence between you two, as you hugged him tighter, almost pulling yourself into his lap but you resisted the urge. You didn't want him to combust too much!... however...
"You're so cute Usopp." You mumbled under your breath, burying your face back into his neck, smiling at how warm his neck was.
"T-Thank you, though um 'cute' isn't usually what I am called-"
"Mm, my brave warrior of the sea then." You interrupted him, turning your head to look up at him with adoring eyes and a gentle grin.
"Is that better suited?"
You watched him blink... blink again... and finally blink a third time.
"Y-yeah, I said t-thats better." He immediately pushed his face into your hair, as if trying to hide.
"Very brave." You teased, but letting him hide.
Usopp shakily inhaled but that didn't hide the content smile on his face.
He was content to sit here with you, he knew eventually something would happen to break this peace, your attention would shift and you would break free in excitement. But he also knew you would pull him along, that you would take him with you to watch whatever would happen.
And he was more than happy to be caught in your whirlwind.
hii!! How do you think Usopp and Brook would celebrate their s/o's birthday?
Hey! Super sorry this took so long ~
Usopp would start making plans for his s/o's birthday weeks in advance. He has two hundred ideas though not all of them are particularly possible... he tells everybody who will listen about what he's going to do and then runs into the snag of not knowing how to pull it off.
Robin recommends he starts with the cake and at first, he obviously goes to Sanji. But that doesn't work too well because he's too picky and Sanji gets annoyed with somebody micromanaging his cooking and Usopp goes out to find a cake.
He found only the best. A mythical cake said to grant any wish because you deserve nothing else.
Unfortunately, on the way back to the Sunny, tragedy struck.
There was a child in danger. A very small child. Surrounded by no fewer than twenty-five horn sharks. On an island. In the middle of a lake.
Usopp, with no fear for his own life, bravely dived in to save the child. He fought off the first twenty-four without problem but then, right as he was about to land the final blow, the shark jumped out and grabbed the cake from his hands.
And uh... so now you have this slightly squished, regular cake that can't grant wishes but was chosen with love regardless.
Brook has seen so many birthdays that really, they've just about lost all meaning for him. Though, that might be because he's dead so celebrating them seems a bit odd when you think of it that way.
But for an s/o, he'll definitely put aside his apathy to think of something meaningful.
Music, of course, but not that alone. He's already written you a thousand songs and played you just as many melodies so he wants to create something far more memorable. Memories have a habit of slipping away, so he decides to give you something you can always revisit.
He gives you a tone dial. Not with his songs on because you have more than enough of those (autographed, obviously) but with small snippets from the weeks before.
Conversations and laughter. Terrible jokes mixed with occasional songs. Something for you to listen to whenever you feel lonely.
And mixed in there is a sweet message for your ears only.
He also, of course, gifts you a pair of lacy panties that he would love to see you wearing.

Your pussy clenches around him on every upstroke, squeezing his shaft like you're trying to keep him inside, and a fresh bead of slick runs down to where his cock disappears into you. Precum leaks from his tip with each deep stroke, mixing into the mess until every glide is wetter, filthier, the obscene squelch of it loud enough to make your face heat.
"God, look at you," he gasps laughing, wet and broken, while fresh tears spill over his lashes. His hands loosen their grip just long enough to slide to your hips and yank you down harder, forcing his cock deeper. "Riding me as if you own it." His voice fractures on a sob, but he keeps moving, keeps bucking upward, driving the full length of himself into you on every count. "Don't stop, god, please, don't stop. You're perfect, using me exactly right."
You slam down, your ass rippling from the impact. His cock punches into your depths and your walls squeeze around him reflexively, clinging to his shaft as you drag yourself back up. Sweat gathers at his temples and mixes with the tear tracks on his cheeks. He laughs again; shaky, fractured, dissolving into a soft cry mid-exhale. His hips never stop moving, chasing you upward every time you rise. "That's it," he breathes, barely sound at all. "Fuck yourself on me. Take what you need. I'm yours, use me, baby. So good. You're doing so good. Just a little more, okay? Just a little more."
His grip locks back on your hips and he pulls you down to meet each upward snap, forcing the rhythm faster, harder, the head of his cock battering that spot inside you until the pleasure turns sharp and electric. You grind at the bottom of every stroke, your hips rolling forward, clit dragging against him, chasing the friction. You feel the tension coiling tight at the base of your spine. His shaft glistens, soaked from base to tip, slick with the combined mess of both of you every time he pulls back into view.
Usopp's tears fall without stopping now, tracking twin lines down his jaw while he nods frantically beneath you, hips stuttering and jerking in the uneven rhythm of someone losing control. "Shit, you're incredible," he manages, the words tumbling out between gasps and soft, helpless cries. His hands drag you down, and down, and down. "So filthy. Don't hold back—use me until I cum. Please, just like that, right there—"
