well, with sanji, you thought it would be pretty easy. after all, he is such a gentleman, right ? and if you want something, he will give it to you right away, of course.
at first, everything goes perfectly. easy. the two of you are practically living on a little cloud. sanji is the most adorable man alive, and in his eyes, he somehow managed to get the most wonderful girlfriend in the world. a miracle of nature, blessed by the gods themselves.
so yes, everything is perfect.
as always, he cooks for everyone. he opens doors, he lights cigarettes and pulls out chairs.
but maybe, they start to frow at how your plate always appears first, or how your favorite dishes somehow make it onto the menu every single day.
and also, how, unlike anyone else, you start doing things back. you bring him coffee before he asks. you fix the tie of his suit without thinking and even brush flour off his cheek when he's cooking.
it’s cute… and affectionate. more affectionate than usual.
but still, nobody says anything. because it’s sanji. and sanji has always adored women.
but what the crew doesn’t know is how hard it is for him to keep it quiet. because sanji is happy, ridiculously happy. the kind of happiness that bubbles in his chest.
every time he looks at you, he wants to say it. every time you smile at him, he wants to shout it across the entire ship.
she’s with me. she choose me.
but you had both agreed to keep things quiet for now. so he tries. for days, and weeks.
until one evening where sanji stands near the kitchen door, cigarette between his fingers, watching the scene in front of him.
laughters fills the air as luffy is arguing with ussop about who should ate the last piece of meat. nami is scolding them both, as chopper collect a piece of cake before he even finish is plate. and across the table, zoro is drinking quietly, occasionally muttering something sarcastic.
it’s chaotic. warm and alive.
and then he glances at you. you are laughing softly at something someone said, shoulders relaxed, completely at ease among them.
and suddenly something tightens in his chest. because this loud, ridiculous, beautiful mess is his family. and you are a part of it now.
but nobody knows.
nobody knows that when the night gets quiet, you stay in the kitchen with him a little longer. nobody knows about the soft kisses stolen between cooking breaks, or also the way you look at him when no one else is watching.
the thought suddenly feels wrong. why should he hide it? why should something that makes him happy stay a secret ?
he doesn’t just want to love you. he wants everyone to know. because for the first time in a long time, he is proud of how happy he is.
so he steps forward. and before his brain can even stop him… his hands slam on the table.
“I CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE!”
everyone turns to look at him.
“what?” says luffy, halfway through a bite.
sanji points dramatically at you. “we are dating!!”
silence.
nami blinks slowly. “...wait.”
across the table, zoro lower his drink. “you are serious?
sanji puffs his chest proudly. “yes of course! she is my girlfriend!”
and now everyone react all at once.
“WHAT?!” shouts usopp.
“since when?!” cries chopper.
“you were hiding this?”
sanji looks almost offended. “hiding it? i have been suffering in silence for weeks!”
you hide your face in your hands, trying not to laugh. meanwhile robin smiles softly. “well,” she says calmly, “that explains quite a few things.”
sanji grabs your hand proudly, practically glowing. “i refuse to keep such happiness a secret any longer! i am sorry my love, but i have to, you are not a secret… you are a diamond, mine!” and he kisses your hands, making you giggle.
⋆ usopp ⋆
with usopp, you genuinely thought you were being subtle. really. you tried to keep things quiet. discreet and casual.
but the problem was… neither of you were very good at hiding how you felt.
because every time he looked at you, his face lit up like someone had just told him he was about to become the king of snipers.
and every time you laughed at one of his ridiculous stories, he puffed with pride.
you always sat next to each other. you leaned closer when he talked. he instinctively reached for your hand when he got nervous. you shared food. you whispered things to each other and immediately started giggling.
it was… painfully obvious.
so obvious that the crew had stopped even questioning it weeks ago.
still, one evening, the two of you decide it’s time to officially announce it. usopp has been pacing around the deck for ten minutes. “okay, okay, we can do this,” he mutters nervously. “we just tell them. calmly.”
you nod, equally nervous.
the crew is gathered around the table when you both walk in.
“EVERYONE! we have something important to announce!” he grabs your hand, squeezing it tightly. then he blurt out: “we are dating!”
a pause. “oh.” then franky takes another sip of his drink. “yeah, we know.”
usopp blinks. “...what?”
from the other side of the table, sanji nods casually. “of course we know.”
zoro doesn’t even look up from his drink. “took you long enough.”
usopp’s jaw drops. he’s staring at everyone like they’ve just betrayed him in the worst way possible.
you manage a little “you– you knew?!”
nami raises an eyebrow. “guys.” she gestures vaguely between the two of you. “you’ve been obvious for weeks.”
robin adds, smiling. “well, it was rather difficult not to notice.”
“but we were being subtle!” usopp insists.
zoro snorts into his drink. “subtle?”
you feel your face start heating up.
“okay,” nami says, leaning back in her chair. “let’s review.” she raises a finger. “first : the hand holding.”
usopp immediately chokes. “we do NOT hold hands that much!”
“every day,” nami replies flatly.
from the other side of the table, sanji nods. “and the way you panic whenever she talks to another man.”
“that was ONE TIME!”
“three,” sanji corrects.
usopp turns to you desperately. “tell them that’s not true!”
unfortunately for him, at that moment, luffy suddenly grins. “oh! and that time she tried to impress you by creating new hot sauce bombs and that they ended up blowing up in her face.”
you go rigid. “... i told you to never mention that again luffy…”
then a soft chuckle comes from beside nami. robin rests her chin on her hand. “my personal favorite was when he spent twenty minutes rehearsing a compliment before talking to you.”
you bury your face in your hands. and usopp looks like he might pass out.
“and,” robin continues pleasantly, “the time you feel overboard because you were staring at her instead of watching where you were going.”
the crew bursts into laughter.
“THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A ROMANTIC ANNOUNCEMENT!”
zoro raises his cup slightly. “congrats.”
and that’s it. no big reaction. no surprise or drama. just the crew going right back to what they were doing. usopp stares at them, completely scandalized. meanwhile, luffy grins at the two of you.
“are you gonna kiss now?”
usopp nearly dies on the spot.
⋆ zoro ⋆ :
if someone had asked the crew whether you and zoro were close, they probably would have shrugged. you barely spoke during the day. sometimes you trained on opposite sides of the deck. sometimes you passed each other without a word. neither of you were particularly expressive to begin with. so nothing about it seemed unusual.
except to one person. robin had a suspicion. a small one at first, just a feeling, really. but she noticed the way you sometimes sat near zoro in the evening, both of you silent, watching the sea. just… close to each other.
then she noticed something else, that you were the only person who could wake him from a nap without getting growled at.
so naturally, robin decided to investigate. and who better to recruit that someone enthusiastic?
“usopp,” she called him one afternoon.
usopp leaned closer immediately. “yes?”
“i believe something interesting is happening between those two.”
usopp followed her gaze across the deck. you and zoro were sitting several feet apart. not speaking, and not even looking at each other. “...what?” he whispered.
so, they began their investigation. they watched you during meals. nothing. they followed you during training. nothing. days passed and their “evidence board” consisted mostly of confused notes.
they sit near each other sometimes
zoro didn’t yell when you touched his shoulder
maybe eye contact once ??
usopp groaned. “i don’t get it! if they’re dating, they’re the worst couple ever!”
robin simply smiled. “or the most discreet.”
eventually they almost gave up. until one evening during dinner, sanji had overheard enough of their whispered theories to grow curious. so he decided to settle the matter.
he set a plate down in front of zoro and asked casually. “oi, marimo.”
zoro grunted.
sanji tilted his head toward you. “are you two together or not?”
the little duo went silent. robin looked up from her tea and usopp leaned forward so fast he nearly fell off his chair.
zoro took a slow sip from his drink. “yeah.” another sip. “we are.”
“WHAT?!” usopp shouted, now standing up.
sanji stared between the two of you in disbelief. “you’re serious?!”
zoro shrugged, and you simply glanced up from your food, unfazed. “did you need something else?” zoro said, and if you squint a bit, you can almost see a smirk on his face.
bonus :
later that evening, the ship is quiet again. most of the crew has moved on from the shocking revelation, except for usopp. he’s pacing back and forth on the deck, still clearly offended. “i can’t believe this! weeks of investigation! wasted!”
robin sits nearby with her book, looking perfectly relaxed. “you did your best,” she says kindly.
usopp stops pacing. “okay, but seriously… how did you know?”
robin tilts her head slightly. “well… there were a few signs.”
“yes,” robin says calmly. “zoro allows no one to wake him without consequences.”
“that’s true.”
“but her,” she continues, glancing toward where you and zoro are sitting quietly together on the deck, “is the only one he never complains about.”
usopp scribbles furiously. “okay… fair.”
robin raises a second finger. “second: the training.”
usopp frowns. “what about it?”
“whenever she trains,” she says softly, “zoro always ends his session slightly closer to where she is.”
usopp freezes. “…no way.”
“yes,” robin smiles. “it’s subtle. but consistent.” then she raises a third finger. “and finally…”
usopp leans closer.
robin’s eyes soften slightly as she watches you and zoro in the distance. “the silence.”
“…the silence?”
“yes. most couples talk. laugh. tease each other. but this two are comfortable sitting together without speaking at all.”
usopp looks across the deck. and yes, you and zoro are sitting side by side now, watching the ocean quietly. he slowly lowers his notebook. “…oh.”
robin smiles. “that kind of comfort rarely happens by accident.”
usopp groans dramatically. “i spent DAYS spying on them and the clue was silence?!”
robin chuckles softly. “it’s okay long nose, some things...,” she says, turning a page of her book, “are easier to see when you stop looking for obvious signs.”
across the deck, zoro glances briefly in their direction. then returns to watching the sea beside you. as if nothing at all had happened.

part 2? do you have other characters in mind?
this is an obvious one, but when sanji falls, he falls hard, no matter who he's with. now when it comes to you, the first person he has experienced genuine true love AND who also reciprocated his feelings, sanji is all in. the way that he is passionately devoted to you from day one is something that not even robin or nami have ever seen. sanji loves so genuinely and purely, and the utter care he gives to your relationship is proof of that.
you fall first, but zoro falls harder.
who wouldn’t fall for roronoa zoro? the way that he works out on the deck, all sweaty and chiseled. not to mention how soft and kind he can be when he wants to. it was inevitable you ended up with a crush on him. when zoro realizes he reciprocates these feelings, you open his eyes to an emotion that has evaded him his whole life. he becomes softer, more eager to let loose and enjoy life, knowing he has you by his side.
when it comes to luffy, you fall first and then fall equally as hard.
luffy is irresistible. his pure heart and the happiness he brings to others drive you completely insane; you were bound to fall in love. like zoro, luffy is unfamiliar with the feeling of love and has trouble understanding it when it comes to you. but like any adventure, luffy is always ready to trek the unknown. and as unpredictable as he is, love with luffy is a never-ending surprise.
usopp falls first and harder.
to be frank, love with usopp is riddled with insecurity and angst. it was a huge surprise to him that you even reciprocated his feelings, so he treads lightly when it comes to your relationship. you see right through usopp’s lies, too, so he’s especially vulnerable with you. the way that you understand and know usopp is so genuine that he can’t help but fall even more in love with you than he already is.
you fall first, but nami falls harder.
nami is reluctant to feel any sort of romantic feelings, so it was difficult to tell if she even liked you back. the beginning stages of your relationship start off slow. she’s not eager to let her walls down, but once you show her loyalty and gentleness, nami starts to let you in. she would never say this, but the vulnerability she feels with you reminds her of bellemere. it makes her so scared, but so eager to jump into it with you.
robin falls first, but you fall harder.
robin may fall first, but she could take that secret to the grave if she chose to. you’ll confess first and reveal an entirely different woman than the one you fell for. her genuine charm and wit are admirable on the average day, but paired with her quirky awkwardness? it’s enough to make you fall head over heels. that’s the best thing about robin: no matter what side of her you get, you can’t help falling in love anyway.
you fall first, but franky falls harder.
franky has undeniable charm and charisma; his silky smooth tongue is enough to have anyone hooked. coupled with his smoking bod, it was inevitable that you would fall for him. now, franky isn’t a man who can be tied down, but if you happen to earn his affection, it feels like his charm is cranked up a hundred notches. franky isn’t quick to love or show any vulnerability, so when he does, it’s unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. the way he speaks to you is as smooth as butter and has you blushing harder than you ever thought possible. he treats you like royalty, with a deep, devoted loyalty that only a special few get to see.
ace falls first and harder.
ace is one of the biggest sluts on the grand line. he gets insane play, but is also fiercely loyal to anyone who has his heart. so once he’s fixated on you, there is nothing in the world that could change his mind. as good of a flirt as he is, ace can become pathetic pretty quick. he’ll ask you on dates and beg for your affection any chance he gets. but once he figures out you like him back? gods wish they could experience that type of devotion. ace would die for those he loves, and his love envelopes you so tightly that it’s impossible to resist.
sabo falls first, but you fall harder.
unfortunately, sabo is another grand line slut. he has crushes often, and they are almost always reciprocated. so when he makes his crush on you known, he expects you to feel the same way. you do, obviously. but you don’t expect how stuck up and conceited he is about it. it’s stupidly charming and makes you want him even more. but the more you get to know him, you realize how deep sabo’s passion and loyalty run.
law falls first and harder.
if it’s not obvious by his devotion to corazon, law is another man encaptured by passion. he loves so deeply that he’s willing to lock it all inside and keep it to himself forever. but it’s pretty obvious to everyone else that he has a huge crush on you. when you reciprocate those feelings, law can feel himself falling for you more and more. especially when you accept all his nerdy quirks that could be seen as off-putting or strange to outsiders. if it’s also not obvious by his crew, law chooses those around him based on how much comfort and emotional support they bring him. when you not only offer that, but a reciprocated emotional connection, he can’t help but fall in love.
you fall first, but kid falls harder.
kid is too sexy not to have a crush on. it seems almost juvenile to have a crush on a man like kid; he’s reckless and basically insane. however, kid’s secret softness topples those ideals. anyone rarely gets to truly experience the love and compassion of eustass kid, but when you do, it solidifies your crush almost instantaneously. and on his side, once kid shows you just how much he cares about you, he is completely aware of his feelings for you. actually, he’s actively trying to deny them to anyone who notices, far too embarrassed to admit how he feels.
shanks falls first, but you fall harder.
shanks falls in love extremely easily. he’s basically an older version of sanji. he flirts, he puts himself out there, he has one-night stands with both men and women all the damn time. it’s difficult to resist shanks’ charm, which you learn very quickly. much like sanji, shanks will be honest about how he feels from the start, but given his reputation, you have a hard time taking him seriously. but once you see past his sleezy, playboy attitude, it’s nearly impossible not to fall in love with him.
you fall first, but corazon falls harder.
given that cora was a high-up executive in the donquixote family who barely acknowledged his own brother, you didn’t think he knew you existed. that being said, when he finally gets you alone and reveals that he can talk, his goofiness allures you even more. cora letting you in is a huge risk to his plan, but when you not only agree to keep his secret, but offer to join him, his heart melts. you learn about his kindness and compassion, and welcome it with open arms in a way he had never known. it was inevitable that he fell head over heels for you.

𑣲portgas d. ace
• ace never had any "plans" to fall in love, at least not for a long time. he was content with his newfound family with the whitebeard pirates, and frankly, the hunt for blackbeard as well as thoughts of luffy took up most of his brain power.
• however, all of that changed in the deserts of alabasta. you were absolutely captivating to him. with you, he felt more peace than he had in a long time.
• you had checked all of the "perfect partner" boxes he didn't even know he had — got along well with luffy, a bright smile, a good sense of humor, and above all else, you could keep up with him.
• he'd throw some sly flirts at you or be exceptionally chatty and polite with you. ace would also really like to see your abilities and strengths — he thinks people who can fight are so hot.
• after leaving alabasta and saying goodbye to luffy's new friends, he thought that his brain would go back to normal. however, every so often you'd creep in and give him this sense of hope he never knew he could ever have.
• who knew mr. fire fist could have such a dumb crush on someone? being alone at sea could be daunting sometimes, and imagining holding you to his chest or laying his head on your thighs made him steam a little bit.
• even in the depths of impel down, he still thought of you every so often. of course, his mind was still mostly full of luffy, but thinking about luffy and his new crew eventually led his thoughts towards you.
𑣲sabo
• similar to his brother, sabo never expected himself to fall in love, let alone with a pirate. he always expected that if it did happen, it would at least be with a fellow revolutionary (therefore, more obtainable.)
• it all started going downhill when he saw your wanted poster -- it wasn't love at first sight, rather attraction at first sight. it takes sabo a whole lot more than some pretty eyes to fall for someone! it was about a year into robin being part of the revolutionaries, so he asked her a few more questions about you than he did for the other strawhats. she was suspicious, but ultimately found his curiosity a little cute.
• what didn't help was that he already had interest in luffy's crew, simply because they were luffy's crew. at first, he decided that this "attraction" to you was really just "curiosity" because of that fact.
• oh, but the moment he saw you during the events of dressrosa, he had to try so hard to ignore how hard it was to pull his eyes away from you. of course, his focus was mainly on his brother and how happy he was to see his little brother again, but even despite that there was you.
• he kept his cool, though, because this is sabo.
• koala caught this little crush immediately, and decided she'd make it her ultimate goal to tease sabo about it as much as she could. out of respect for sabo, she didn't make his crush public knowledge, so most of her teasing would happen when it was just the two of them.
• sabo's gaze would linger on your wanted poster for a little too long, and then he'd catch a mischievous giggle from koala. he was trying his hardest to not come to terms with his feelings for the sake of work. no matter how bad he wanted to, sabo couldn't fall for you yet with the state the world was in. he still had much work to do.
• that wouldn't stop him from reading articles about you in the newspaper with a small smile on his face that wasn't the same as the one he had when reading about luffy, and feeling so proud of you for all you were doing. (even though, this is the newspaper and you're a pirate, so he knew he wasn't getting the full story.)
𑣲roronoa zoro
• unlike the other two, it's not that zoro didn't expect himself to fall for anyone, he never even thought about love. of course, he's not that stupid, he knew what it was he just never thought about himself being in love or imagining what kind of partner he'd have.
• zoro had overheard a conversation about you once. at first, he wasn't listening at all and was instead laying on the deck of the sunny trying to fall asleep. however, he tuned in when he heard the word "sword" mentioned. nami was talking about some swordsman pirate she read about in the newspaper who had just done some interesting things. this conversation is what first piqued his interest, but he never really gave it much thought.
• he saw you for the first time during sabaody. you were fighting, and zoro was watching you from afar for a minute, simply because you were using a sword. you seemed pretty talented to him, although zoro, being his usual self, assumed he could win in a sword fight against you. however, the gracefulness you had held still in his mind.
• zoro thought about you a few times during his two years on kuraigana island. it wasn't often, because most of his thoughts were filled with getting stronger and returning to the strawhats, however every so often perona would talk about a story you had in the newspaper. usually, he would start to tune perona out after a few words, but he couldn't ever make himself do that when she was talking about you.
• the next time he saw you was when the strawhats briefly encountered the crew you were part of. this was also the first time he saw you up close in person. you spoke to him first, asking him about his swords and what he does for training. he gave his usual answers, which ended in the two of you bickering, but zoro found this conversation fun.
• when you crossed back onto your ship, he found his gaze one-eyed lingering on you for a second too long, before snapping back to normal and going to take another nap.
• zoro thought of you more often now, mostly of what little he had seen of your sword skills back on sabaody. he couldn't help himself but want to see more, and have more bickering matches with you like the one he'd had when your crews met.
𑣲vinsmoke sanji
• i don't even know where to begin with this guy. when he saw you for the first time -- he was positively awe struck. sanji is usually one to fall fast, but this time he fell fast and oh so hard. in his eyes, you were actual perfection.
• the one downside was you being part of another crew, so he couldn't see you often or cook for you every day like his heart desired. all he wanted was to show his affections for you with his favorite love language, food, and shower you with many, many compliments.
• even so, he'd make light of the situation, calling the two of you star crossed lovers or romeo and juliet whenever you'd occasionally meet.
• sanji especially thought of you during whole cake, when the threat of him being married to another was on the horizon. of course, he was thinking about his crew too and keeping them safe, so he couldn't just run away from all of this.
• he'd think about how if all of this went through, he'd never have a chance with you because he'd be married to another and divorce would be too unsafe because of their situations. sanji knew that he'd still dedicate himself to pudding, but even so he couldn't surpress his thoughts of you.
• sanji felt overwhelming relief when he returned to his crew -- not only because he was back home with his real family, but also he wouldn't be stuck in a life without you being a permanent piece of it.
• even though sanji has crushes quite often and finds a lot of people beautiful, he had never been as in love with someone as he was with you. being the man he is, he was still gentlemanly with women and showered them with thousands of compliments, but somewhere along the line he stopped being able to imagine himself with anyone but you.
𑣲usopp
• usopp doesn't get crushes often. he'll find people attractive here and there, but most of his brain power goes towards getting himself out of all the impossible situations he seems to get himself into.
• he saw you for the first time when the strawhats went to an island for a quick pit stop to refill the fridge. your crew also happened to there, and you and usopp ran into each other in a little gadgets shop. usopp had seen your wanted poster before, and found you slightly intimidating (like he does with most people).
• so, when the two of you ended up talking for a while about some of the random things you found in there and some common interests you had, usopp felt his confidence grow by a lot. he found himself wanting to prove himself to you, more than he had with anyone in the past.
• usopp would think about what you were thinking when he was mentioned in the paper, or what you thought about his "god usopp" wanted poster, or even just what you were doing day by day.
• he wanted to have stories to tell you when he saw you again, but for once, not ones that were exaggerated or untrue. of course, that wouldn't stop him from pushing the truth just a liiiittle bit -- but still, what mattered is that he looked cool and confident and strong to you.
• when the crew first got to elbaf, he thought of you. he'd been waiting to go to this place for so long, and now that he's gotten there, he kept thinking about what you'd think of everything there -- just based on the simple conversation the two of you had in the gadgets shop.
• for a while, he tells himself its not a crush, and that he just admires you because you seem like a brave warrior. but as time went on, he realized it was sort of useless to ignore how his heart beat gets faster when you're even mentioned just in passing.
• usopp sees you as another inspiration to become an even braver warrior of the sea, so that every time you run into each other, he can show off to you!
𑣲eustass kidd
• this is the LAST guy to fall for someone easily. however, when he does and its for a strawhat, he's annoyed with himself more than anything. on the bright side, though, since he holds luffy in a high regard, that must mean luffy's crew is respectable too.
• kidd first caught sight of you during sabaody. you didn't catch his eye much then, though. he was too busy showing off to his fellow supernovas in order to make himself more known than he already was.
• he had thought about you once or twice since then, but when he really fell was 2 and a half years later during the events of onigashima. kidd watched you fight -- strong, capable, and captivating. it takes a whole lot to catch kidd's eye, and you had all that was needed.
• when leaving wano, he was being his usual loud, arrogant self -- but killer noticed him showing off a little more around you specifically. this was a small change, but it was evident that he had some sort of respect for you, no matter what feeling that respect was grounded in.
• killer knew kidd was really gone when he saw this weirdly smug but also ... sparkly? look on his face when they were finally setting off from wano. it was like he was proud to have shown off in front of you. kidd is always proud of showing off, but the expression on his face made killer decide that this pride was rooted in something else.
• eventually, the amount of times you'd randomly pop into kidd's mind and his heart beat would randomly speed up started to piss him off. not at you, he found himself unable to be mad at you, but at his heart or brain or whatever else was acting up because of you.
• even so, there was a small part of him that wished to run into the strawhats just so he could see you fight again.
𑣲trafalgar law
• yet another case of never really seeing himself in a relationship. he was always too focused on his revenge plot, wanting everything to go as planned. he loved his crew, and that's about all that was needed in his life. not to mention, he thought he was going to die and was genuinely prepared to do so. really, he didn't want to put someone through loosing a partner, therefore he didn't want one.
• not only that, with everything on his mind, it's not like he'd fall easily in the first place. that was until he met you aboard the strawhat's ship, of course.
• everyone on that crew was memorable and special in their own ways, and even if he didn't want to admit it they did make a difference on him. however, you made the biggest impact.
• naturally, since you're a strawhat, he had heard of you before — although, he never really thought of you much. even so, law fell for you slow during the events leading up to dressrosa.
• at first, he didn't even realize it was happening since he was too busy thinking about his nearly-realized goals. sometimes, you'd catch him staring at you a bit intensely, but really he was just thinking hardly about something and you were what caught his eye.
• as time went on while law was with the strawhats, he found himself thinking about you more. he'd hang around you often, even if it was just in silence — there was something slightly comforting about you being around him. and with all the chaos happening, he needed that comfort.
• since law was expecting to possibly die during the events of dressrosa, he pushed his feelings down and never gave them any thought. however, by the time he was with his crew again and he felt somewhat safe, he began to miss you.
• law never thought his time with the strawhats would impact him that much, but after being away, he realized it did. or, specifically, you did.
𑣲shanks
!!! warning for super duper major super spoilers for elbaf, tread carefully
• the two of you first met when you were young, him a member of roger's crew and you a member of a different crew. both being young pirates, shanks always waited to run into you so you could spar or talk or whatever you wanted to get up to.
• shanks thought of you often, though he never approached you with any intentions except for those of a rival. he cared for you, so he never wanted you to get caught in the crossfires of his past, who he was born as, and whatever tomfoolery the roger pirates got up to.
• when he was young, he'd imagine a world where he could freely be with you without worrying about your safety because of him. especially after he became a holy knight, then returned to the life of a pirate, and that stupid seal was on his arm. shanks kept a far distance from you while the seal was present, genuinely fearing something happening to you.
• after his arm got bitten off, he felt a sense of relief. not only because that meant his major connection to marie joa and the holy knights was gone, but also because he didn't have to worry about harming those he cared for unintentionally anymore.
• he began to seek you out more often, visiting you just to tell you about random things in his life, pestering you to join him no matter how many times you said you wouldn't.
• and when he couldn't be with you, he'd think about you during the strangest moments. you occupied his thoughts often — more often than he'd like to say out loud.
• however, despite how much he obviously cared for you, because of who he is he could never bring himself to be honest with you about what he was up to or his plans for things. this is also partly why he never decided to actually seek an official relationship with you, no matter how long he'd had feelings. shanks believed you were too good for him, too good for his constant act.

Shanks
With the world in his hands as much as against him, it can be a heavy load. For all that he keeps that easy smile, always looking to encourage you, sometimes he needs it too. Topping him slow and sensually, letting go of the emotional burdens as you spoil him. But this is only after persuading him to not be the one spoiling. He loves nothing more after a long day - good or bad - to strip you in his quarters and roll you around on his bed until the moon is high and all you can think about is him. Whatever your doubts, insecurities, pains, or fears, you have an Emperor of the sea at your side who’s convinced you hang the stars in the sky. And he’ll kiss you until you believe him.
Ace
Sunshine incarnate is his typical way of being, but the pain of his past - the world always saying he shouldn’t even exist - it gets to him more often than he lets on. Telling him he deserves to live, that he’s the best thing in your life, that he’s worthy and wonderful - while he’s deep inside you? Yeah, that might fix him. And he’s more than happy to return the favour whenever you’re down, infusing you with all of his warmth, in every way. You loved him into loving himself. And he’ll be damned if he doesn’t do the same for you. If some of that is showing you how much he loves every part of your body, showing you how proud of you he is while pinning you down and rolling against you, nice and slow? All the better. Kiss his freckles and let him stay buried inside you until he passes out, and you’ll both be feeling better by morning.
Smoker
He loves a good rough fuck, no question. But part of caring so damn much is having a soft side that needs attention - needs bandaging and healing as much as his body. He’s gone so long on his missions that if you can’t be beside him, he’s half a wreck by the time he gets back. It never used to be that way until he found you - someone strong enough to wait for him. He loves your strength, but he chose you for your softness too. Holding you tight, someplace safe and quiet, letting you trace his scars, kissing any of yours while losing yourselves in slow, deep thrusts. Having you tell him he’s perfect, that he’s your hero, that you believe in him. He needs it as much as you do. He’ll hold you open and come up with every compliment he’s ever thought about you in between making you come in his mouth and his honest tongue.
Law
On top of all his other stresses, he needs you at your best so you can stay by his side. Massages (that you tempt him into making more of), analytically breaking down your insecurities and self doubt while tangled in the sheets together. If you’re down, persuading him that just having his attention lifts you will buy you time with your busy captain. Reluctant as he is to accept being taken care of himself, you can always make him relent. Tracing his tattoos as you lie in bed, helping him relax. And then making him hard. Showing him stress relief that’s slow and lazy, turning everything he does to you back on him. He deserves sloppy kisses, a good massage, and to have his hair played with until he falls asleep. Teaching him to be honest with you and himself, finding the words while keeping him trapped beneath you, buried deep inside you.
Vivi
She needs relief - in every way - from the stress and confinement of her public position. She loves making you feel good in formal wear fit for a desert land, making you more bold in showing a little more skin than usual. And then taking it off in her chambers when you return. For all the privileges she has, the only way she really wants to be spoiled is by you in bed. As her happily ever after, she is more than happy to return the favour in any way you want. If you have scars or stretch marks, or she is feeling insecure about her own, she’ll paint them in gold. She’ll praise you for your every success, by her side or otherwise, and gladly make it up to you every time she vents. She longs to be in your arms and rock against your body until you’ve both come multiple times, lazy and comfortable, safe and loved.
Luffy
He just wants you to be happy, and he’ll do whatever it takes - treating you to silliness or tooth rotting sweetness, drowning your sorrows and worries in his sunshine. He’s never really understood insecurity, and he’ll do anything to help you overcome yours - especially if it involves your body. It’s your vessel for exploring life, made for adventuring, enjoying good food, and feeling good. Besides, he’s going to be King of the Pirates, he wouldn’t keep you around unless you were the best. And you are. And he’ll spend hours under the covers, between your legs, in hot springs, or anywhere else proving how perfect you are and making you share his joy in your existence. He’ll wrap you up tight and lazily fuck you for hours if you let him, laughing into your mouth and chest between groans of bliss.
Zoro
He may struggle to really understand your emotions, but he loves you and if you need him, he’ll be there. You can teach him how to love softly, hold you the ways you need. He’ll practically bully you into accepting yourself, body and mind. And while his efforts are often clumsy as hell or maybe too exclusively revolving around sex, it comes from his heart. As for taking care of him, reminding him to heal between workouts requires intervention every time, and often dragging him to bed and immediately stripping is the path of least resistance. He loves groping you, whether your body is carefully toned or not. Holding you tightly to his chest while he burns the last of his energy thrusting into you, lingering there while you catch your breath and listen to the ambient sounds of the ship - there’s nothing better.
Nami
She gets overwhelmed with her responsibility as navigator sometimes, not to mention the captain’s insane antics. So helping her unwind is crucial. Shopping trips are the first step, burning berri on lingerie and sexy clothes. Sometimes it’s for her, and she loves having you take them off of her. And when she buys something for you, she makes you wear in it front of a mirror, praising and seducing you until you give in and fuck her in front of it. Being held in your arms after long stressful days, stroking your hair when your own emotions are strained, luxurious baths with fine oils. She believes in you and trusts you with her life. She wouldn’t bother with someone not worth her time, her trust, her heart, and her body. And you’d better not forget it. Though she does make it difficult to, always dragging you to her bunk whenever she needs the comfort of wrapping her legs around you your touch.
Sanji
This man is so sweet and soft and scared he cant be good enough for you. Every time will be comfort sex to him. Especially when you can convince him he doesn’t need to perform, just love and feel and trust. He protects his hands so he can soothe and heal, and loves nothing more than to worship your body - just as much as he worships your heart and mind - so thoroughly you’ll never be satisfied with anyone else. All he wants is to get lost in erasing your insecurities and unhappiness, which helps undo his own. He is physically incapable of refusing your requests, especially in bed. Literally anything you do for him is a gift from heaven. He’ll praise you endlessly. He’ll praise anything you wear and thank you on his knees if you let him take it off of you. He’ll cry if you praise him, coming way too fast over and over, making sure you release just as many times no matter what.
Usopp
For all his bluster, he’s also scared of not being enough. He’ll tell you stories - some real and some not - while you cuddle. Sex is slow then frantic, experimenting then going back to familiar comfort. You’re his best friend, his confidant, his rock that grounds him to what’s real. He’s always supportive but honest with his compliments and praise, for once. He worships you - you’re just so damn cool, and hell, it’s him you’ve chosen. In bed especially, he can’t believe that you’re his - and it makes him crazy. Sometimes you both need a good massage after a hard training session or a fight, and he always wants to turn it into spending more time touching your body. He’ll do anything to make sure that for all his lies, you know his love and devotion aren’t among them.
Robin
Old shadows haunt her sometimes, so she understands if you have shadows of your own. She’s a perfect sounding board, always willing to listen or help patch up your injuries. Often you notice all the bruises she has from using her power. Sure she’s chosen to live, but she ought to care more for herself. She always drags you to bed and spends the rest of the night telling you how glad she is to be alive, and even more so, glad that you’re alive. From day to day, she loves slow sensual times with you. She reads to you in dead languages while lazily fucking. Always, her hands and tongues bloom until you can’t remember any name but hers. If you get insecure as the lover of the most beautiful woman in the world, she tells you that your appearance is perfect to her in the way that YOU are perfect to her. You, in all your fascinating, endearing, charming imperfections, are hers. And she, in all her renewed hope and passion, is yours.
Franky
Being a cyborg is pretty damn cool, but sometimes he gets to feeling disconnected from his humanity. He loves having you remind him. He’s so gentle and kind and big and loves lazy, senseless laughter with you. Almost as much as he loves lazy sex with you. He conditions you into feeling no shame with your body, using his own absurd confidence to build yours. He’ll hold you so gently as you rant and vent and cry to him, offering off brand advice and unconditional love. His whole body is customisable - including his dick, obviously. He loves slow nights of experimenting with you, having you try new attachments, new toys, pushing your imagination and desires. But he doesn’t mind simple either. He’s a guy - let him suck your nipples and grope your ass for a bit and he’s happy. And he’s excited to do anything at all that you need. There’s nothing he loves more than sharing his joy, after all.
Corazon
For someone with such deep seated anger, he is so kind and gentle, and attuned to your mind. He loves so deeply, and loves to make you happy, so whenever you’re in a bad place, he’s working overtime to help you out of it. For someone sworn to silence, suddenly he’s drowning you in copious compliments about your body and heart and mind. He’s proud of you, he finds you irresistible. Sometimes his efforts are as clumsy as he is, but there’s no doubt the heart behind it. His power is very convenient for when he wants to make you scream. But despite his size and the quiet fire deep down, he knows how to be gentle. It takes some practice, initially urging him that you can handle more. He loves holding you gently in his arms afterwards, his big hands touching anywhere and everywhere to ground himself and show you just how loved and needed and cherished you are.
Marco
The laid back doctor is eager to be kind and heal and protect despite all his loss - and he would love for someone to hold him and offer him the same healing. Let him rest and heal and build anew together. Maybe get a cottage in the valley and treat it like a honeymoon home. Let him get lost in your arms day and night to keep him grounded and remind him what he needs for fight for next - he’ll love you into making it his purpose. Whenever you get the tiniest scratch, his warm blue fire fixes you instantly - and if your wounds go deeper, he’ll help you heal those too. He refuses to let you think badly of your body, worshipping it until you believe him. His experience lets him learn you easily, every soft spot and even your hidden desires. He’ll hold your gaze until you can hardly stand it, playing with your hair until you fall asleep, never more at home than in each other’s arms.
Aokiji Kuzan
Once an unbeaten Admiral, now lost and unsure, he finds safe harbour with you. He finds himself growing out of a shell he never knew he was in - learning real trust, turning old lies to truth, letting his slow nature start to heal both him and you. Kiss the scars on his neck and tell him that a kinder world is worth fighting for - and suddenly you’re the center of it. If you’re broken too, he’ll drop everything to focus that calm intensity on you. Having the chance to lay about in your bed, indulging his laziness is the best therapy. Slow sex morning to night, walking around the house nearly naked. He loves putting his hand up your shirt, quickly leaning into his teasing side with you. He’ll worship you any shape or size, getting worked up over anything you wear. He loves breaking down every insecurity you have - physical or psychological. You are his new world, and he’s never been happier to have gotten lost so he could discover it.
Sabo
The eternal rebel would burn down the world to save you. You’re the only one who can harness his fire, and his anger and grief. If you let his fire burn to ash and hold him, kiss his scars, remind him of happy memories and make new ones - he’s yours forever. And he won’t stop telling you so for hours on end as he worships you in every position. He’ll tell you you’re enough - every single reason why he chose you. Even when his breath nearly eclipses his voice, he won’t stop until you’re both collapsed on the bed, cuddling each other to sleep. In the frantic, high stakes world of the Revolution, he’s torn between loving watching you fuck shit up and being overprotective. Brace for hours of endless spoiling after tough training or dangerous missions. You’re the best thing in his life and he’s not about to lose you for anything - including not being attentive enough.

The tavern was loud in the way all good ones were; full, warm, and just a little bit on the edge of becoming a problem. Laughter spilled over clinking glasses, boots scraped against wooden floors, and somewhere in the corner, a chair tipped just enough to suggest someone had already had too much.
At the bar, though, there was a problem. A man with moss-green hair sat rigidly on one of the stools, fingers tapping against the wood before stilling entirely.
Roronoa Zoro did not like being ignored.
His gaze flicked toward the bartender again, still occupied. Leaning far too comfortably across the counter, laughing low at something one of the girls down the bar had said, completely uninterested in anything else happening around him.
Zoro’s jaw tightened in frustration as he’d already asked. Twice and nothing.
“Tough luck.” The voice came from his side, casual and amused.
Zoro turned slightly and you stood there like you’d always been there, elbow resting against the bar, gaze following his toward the bartender with mild interest.
“He’s not going to come over,” you added, almost thoughtfully.
Zoro huffed once through his nose. “Yeah. I noticed.”
There was a beat, then—
“I could help you with that.”
That got his attention. He glanced at you properly this time, sharp and assessing, like he was trying to place you in a category and hadn’t quite decided where you fit yet.
“Oh yeah?” he said.
You smiled. Not wide or sweet, but knowing.
“Yeah.”
A small tilt of your head toward the bartender, and Zoro caught the flicker of something in your eyes.
“Watch.”
And before he could respond, you pushed off the bar and slipped into motion. The first thing he noticed was that you didn’t rush. You moved like you belonged there, like the space would shift and accommodate for you if it need to. By the time you reached the bartender, your posture had softened, your expression brightened just enough to catch his attention without looking like you were trying.
It worked immediately.
Zoro watched as the bartender straightened, grin widening, focus snapping entirely to you as you leaned just slightly over the counter. He couldn’t hear everything you said over the noise, but he didn’t need to.
There was a laugh, yours, followed by a light touch to the bartender’s wrist. Overall, a quiet exchange that had the man nodding quickly, already turning to grab bottles.
Zoro leaned back in his seat, crossing his arms. Huh.
A few minutes later, you returned, noticeably not empty-handed. Very much not empty-handed.
You set down one, two, three bottles in front of him until there were eight lined up neatly along the bar.
Zoro blinked once, then looked at you to see that you were already holding two for yourself.
“Figured that might last you a while,” you said lightly. “Buy you some time until the bartender does look over here.”
There it was again, that look. That subtle curve of your mouth like you two were in on something no one else was. You gave him a small wink, then turned to leave, and just like that, you were gone.
Zoro watches you disappear into the crowd, the noise of the tavern settling back into place like nothing happened. Eight bottles sit untouched in front of him, his fingers curl loosely around one, but he doesn’t drink, at least, not yet.
Not when his attention is still fixed on the space you left behind, and the impression you left him. A slow exhale leaves him. “…Interesting.”
He leans back slightly, gaze sharpening, no longer unfocused anymore, not idle. You peaked his attention in a way that he can’t name yet, but it provduces a desire to keep you close and nearby.
‿︵‿ 𓇼 ⋆.˚ 𓆉 𓆝 𓆡⋆.˚ 𓇼 ‿︵‿
By the time you slipped back through the crowd, the tavern hadn’t quieted, it never did, but it had shifted slightly.
“There you are.”
One of your friends waved you over, leaning in as soon as you got close.
“You’re missing it.”
“Missing what?” you asked, already letting yourself be pulled into the edge of their table. Another one nudged you, barely containing a grin.
“The blond.”
You followed their gaze. And, oh.
There was a blond man sat at the far end of the tavern, as close to the kitchen doors as the seating allowed, body angled just slightly toward the narrow window where plates passed through. If his attractiveness didn’t grab your attention, that it would have been the way he wasn’t drinking, wasn’t talking, or even paying attention to the room.
His entire focus was locked on the kitchen, more specifcally, on the chefs. Your eyes narrowed just slightly, interest piqued.
“…He’s not even looking at anyone,” one of your friends whispered.
“No,” you murmured, already standing. “He’s not.”
You approached without hesitation, wanting to know more about this mysterious man. He didn’t notice, at least, not at first, because he seemed distracted. A frown was on his face, not one that marked annoyance, but more of the ‘offended’ variety.
“…He’s overcooking it,” he muttered under his breath.
You blinked, not expecting that to be the first line of interaction between you two.
“Oh?”
While the mysterious stranger still didn’t look at you, you at least know he heard you due to his affirmative grunt before continuing the conversation.
“He added the seasoning too early,” he continued, voice low, attempting to show some restrain “It’s going to burn the flavor right out and—”
You smiled, slowly. “And I’m guessing you could do better?”
“Obviously.” Immediate, and automatic, but still not looking at you. You huffed out a quiet laugh. This man was definitely different.
“I could get you in there,” you said.
And that is what did it. He finally turned and for the first time, he took notice of you. There was a flicker of something across his face—fast, sharp—like his brain had to catch up to what his eyes were seeing.
You, standing there like you hadn’t just been casually listening to him critique a kitchen mid-service. Like you hadn’t just offered something ridiculous with complete confidence. For half a second, he just stared.
And then, everything about him shifted.
Posture straightening, expression softening, and a new sense of charm clicking into place like second nature.
“—Mademoiselle,” he breathed, already halfway to standing. “I didn’t realize I was being graced with such—”
You tilted your head, cutting him off with a small smile, charmed despite yourself. “Do you want to fix the food or not?”
He paused for a beat, and just like that, the flirtation stalled. Not gone, at least, not completely. Just…redirected.
His gaze flicked back toward the kitchen window, to the view of the chef flipping the meat too soon, causing Sanji’s eye to twitch.
“…Yes.”
You didn’t give him time to rethink it. “Then come on.”
You turned, already moving, trusting he’d follow. He did, immediately. He was halfway convinced he could follow you anywhere.
The kitchen door swung open with a soft creak as you stepped through, but you didn’t go far. You stopped right at the threshold, careful, respectful, not crossing into the space where only staff were meant to be.
Sanji’s heart skipped a beat at the implicit care and respect that you provide the kitchen and the chefs by showing that little bit of restraint. By understanding, seemingly implicitly, the rules and boundaries of a kitchen. Something he can’t help but be in awe by because of the lack of decorum shown on the ship by his crew.
“Hey,” you called lightly, catching the attention of one of the cooks nearest the door, causing the man to glance up and his shoulders to relax when he saw you.
“Oh, it’s just you. Hey sweet girl.”
There it was, recognition and familiarity.
“You busy?” you asked, already knowing the answer after years of hanging around.
He snorted. “Always.”
Your smile turned a little sharper. “Yeah, I figured.”
Your gaze flicked past him, toward the man currently manning the stove, the one Sanji had been watching.
“Head chef still out?”
A groan from somewhere deeper in the kitchen as more pots and pans clatter and the bustle of the kitchen moves on as more orders are placed.
“Don’t remind me.”
Perfect. At least for you and your new friend. You leaned slightly against the doorframe, casual, comfortable. “I’ve got someone who can help.”
That got their attention. Skeptical glances were thrown at you and the blond, who got a more detailed assessment from the other chefs. Your head tilted just enough toward the man, tone light and teasing, “He’s been complaining from the dining room. This is—“ you stop yourself quickly realizing that you never introduced yourself to him or got his name. Actually this whole plan was crazy, but something in you told you it was right.
The man sees your slight panic and smoothly steps in, “I’m Sanji, and I can do more than complain,” he said instead, stepping forward just enough to be properly seen.
Confidence, controlled, and certain. The room shifted just enough to accomodate their newest chef who seemingly just knows how to take control.
One of the cooks raised a brow. “Oh yeah?”
Sanji’s gaze flicked to the stove, to the pan that’s worsening the mistake of that meat.
“…You’re burning it.”
Silence, then—
“Alright,” someone muttered. “Show us.”
And while you didn’t need to stay, Sanji being welcomed into the kitchen, accepted even. He was where he needed to be, you’ve done your second good deed of the day. But still, you lingered, just long enough to watch and see him in his element.
Sanji noticed, even as his hands moved, corrected, adjusted, and took over without overstepping, his attention always flickered back to you.
You smiled, small and certain, before mouthing the words clearly, “You’ve got this,” to him. And then you were gone.
The kitchen didn’t slow, didn’t pause, but something had changed. Sanji exhaled once, steadying himself, then refocused.
The pan, the heat, the timing. Everything where it should be, under control, exactly how he liked it.
His mind drifts back to the doorway, to you.
To the warmth of your smile, fleeting but lingering in a way that doesn’t make sense. He exhales slowly, steadying himself as he plates the dish.
Focus. Timing. Balance.
But the thought slips in anyway, soft at first, then settling. You noticed. A faint smile tugs at his lips.
You understood.
Something deeper follows, quieter and warmer, and definitely far more dangerous. His movements don’t falter, if anything, they sharpen.
I’ll make sure you never have to look anywhere else again.
‿︵‿ 𓇼 ⋆.˚ 𓆉 𓆝 𓆡⋆.˚ 𓇼 ‿︵‿
The kitchen door swings shut behind you, the warmth and noise muffling just slightly as you step back into the hallway. For a moment, it’s quiet, or as quiet as a tavern like this ever gets.
You exhale softly, rolling your shoulders once before turning toward the back corridor. You might as well take a second.
The hallway is dimmer, lit by a couple of low lanterns, the hum of conversation fading the further you move away from the main room. You’re halfway to the bathrooms when you pause. There’s something… odd.
A small figure stands in the middle of the hall, shifting from foot to foot, clearly distressed.
“…Which one do I even use…?” a voice mutters, quiet but very real.
You blink, tilt your head, then step closer. “Uh… is everything okay here?”
The figure startles slightly, and turns, revealing a small, furry creature with a little hat.
You stare for a beat, attempting to process the sight infront of you.
“…Hi,” he says.
You blink again. “…Hi.”
Another pause, before his small mouth opens and he starts blurting out, “I need to use the bathroom, but I’m technically a male, but the guys bathrooms are always really gross, and I didn’t bring Nami or Robin and I don’t know if I could use the women’s and—” He trails off, clearly overwhelmed.
You stare at him for a second longer before you start laughing, not to be mean, but simply because you were surprised. The look you gave him after made Chopper feel warm and cared for.
“Well,” you say, stepping a little closer, “that’s a fair dilemma.”
He huffs, ears drooping slightly. “It is!”
You glance between the two doors, then back at him.
“…Alright.” A small shrug. “Go ahead and use the women’s.”
His eyes widen. “Really?”
“Yeah,” you say easily. “I’ll stand out here.”
You gesture vaguely toward the hallway.
“Make sure no one bothers you.”
“…You’d do that?”
You give him a small smile. “Of course.”
A few minutes pass as you lean lightly against the wall, arms crossed, listening to the distant noise of the tavern filtering back in. It’s almost peaceful. Almost.
Inside, there’s the faint sound of movement, a bit of fumbling—
and then—
“Um, thank you again!” Chopper calls through the door.
You huff out a small laugh. “You’re welcome.”
There’s a pause before he continues softly.
“You’re really nice.”
Something in your chest softens. “Don’t get used to it,” you tease lightly.
“…Too late,” he mutters.
The door creaks open, and Chopper steps out, looking noticeably less stressed.
“See?” you say, pushing off the wall. “Crisis handled.”
He nods quickly. “Yeah! Thank you, I—”
He stops and so do you, because now you hear it. Not the usual tavern noise, buy something sharper.
A raised voice, hen another angrier. Your brows knit slightly, concerned about what you’re going to find outside those doors.
“…Do you hear that?”
Chopper’s ears twitch. “…Yeah.”
Suddenly there was a crash and the sound of glass shattering loud enough to echo down the halloway, causing your stomach to drop.
“That—”
“—wasn’t good,” Chopper finishes.
You glance at him., then toward the main room, then back at him.
“…I should probably—”
“I should check on them,” he says immediately.
Of course he does, you sigh softly.
“Yeah, come on.”
You round the corner together and step right into tension. The tavern has changed completely. People have backed away from the center of the room, forming a loose circle around the source of the noise.
A table lies overturned, shards of glass scatter across the floor, and at the center stood the man from the bar earlier and a group of other people, facing off against a group of men you recognize all too well.
Management.
Your stomach sinks.
“…Oh, that’s not good,” you murmur.
Because this? This isn’t just a misunderstanding. This is about to become a problem, a big one.
Chopper shifts beside you. “They’re gonna get in trouble.”
You exhale slowly, already thinking and calculating. “Yeah, probably.”
Your gaze sharpens slightly. “But maybe not for long.”
The air in the tavern has gone sharp, not loud or chaotic, but stretched thin, as if something was about to snap. From the edge of the crowd, you and Chopper watch as the circle tightens around them.
The Straw Hats, as Chopper calls them, stand at the center. While they’re seemingly still, it’s cleared they’re not relaxed, not even close. Tension radiated through their bodies, clear that one wrong move and this tentative peace we’ve found ourselves in will be over quickly.
A familiar figure steps out from the kitchen, Sanji. He’s wiping his hands slowly, methodically, like he’s finishing one task before stepping into another. His gaze sweeps the room once, clearly assessing and calculating.
Then it lands on you, then Chopper, then back to you, just for a second, long enough to give a small shake of his head. Subtke and deliberate, a clear message for both of you to stay back and out the way.
“Got a problem?” a voice sneers, grabbing your attention back.
Chase, of course it’s him. He’s one of the leading trouble causers in the town, but since his family is rich and helps funds a majority of the projects, no one ever wants to make a clear stance against him, leading Chase to think he can handle anyone.
He’s currently leaning too close to the crew, coming across as overally aggressive, and way too comfortable with getting in someone’s space.
Specifically, Roronoa Zoro.
You understand Chase’s facination, seeing the man carry around three swords is a clear indicator as to who he is. And to stand up to an infamous man like that and live to tell the tale would be an incredible and impossible desire for Chase to give up on.
Zoro hasn’t moved, not an inch. However, his presence has changed. His hand rests near his sword now, loose and ready.
Chase must not have noticed, or maybe he does, and thinks it’s a game.
“I said,” Chase continues, louder now, “you don’t just walk in here, cause trouble, and think you can leave without paying for it.”
Behind him, voices layer in. Snide comments toward Nami, a laugh directed at Robin, both dismissive smf disrespectful, clearlywrong.
While Luffy no longer looks angry, he’s also still not smiling, and yet that makes it worse.
Sanji steps into place beside them, rolling his shoulders once as he loosens his tie, slow and controlled.
“Oi,” he says, voice low. “You’re getting a bit too comfortable.”
Chase scoffs. “And who the hell are you supposed to be?”
Sanji’s expression doesn’t change, but the air around him does.
Zoro’s fingers tighten, just slightly, but enough to tell you that whatever patience they have is quick to run out.
You exhale, before nodding slowly to yourself.
“Yeah,” you murmur under your breath. “This is about to get bad.”
Chopper shifts beside you. “They’re gonna fight—”
“I know.”
And that’s exactly the problem. Because if they do, it blows beyong just a tavern fight, a becomes a whole town problem, and there’s really no need for all of that. Not when you’ve worked so hard to not have attention be brought around you.
So before it happens, before the first swing, before the first blade leaves its sheath, bou move. You slip between bodies, through tension, into the center like you belong there, because you do.
And then, without any further thought, you place yourself between them; management and the crew, making sure to face management head-on, surprisingly, giving your back to these pirates you’ve never fully met.
There’s a shift immediately, while subtle, it was all the more real. Behind you, something in all of them stills. Not because the threat is gone, but because now, you’re there. Attempting to be their savior, and recklessly gave them your back without looking at them once to check, because for some reason, you didn’t feel like you needed to.
Your attention is on Chase.
“Wow,” you say lightly, glancing at the broken glass, the overturned table. “You’re really committing to the drama tonight, huh?”
He blinks, thrown off, before his face morphs into a scowl again.
“Stay out of this,” he snaps.
You tilt your head slightly. “Mm. I would.”
A brief pause before you continue, “But you’re making it everyone’s problem.”
A couple of people nearby shift, listening now, watching a scene between this well known high-born citizen, and this seemingly random girl.
You step just slightly to the side, subtle and controlled, positioning yourself so you’re not blocking the crew completely, but still in the middle, the focus. Your mind is running fast as you shift through tons of informations bits you’ve gleamed by listening around town to be able to turn this situation around fast.
“Let’s think this through,” you continue, voice calm, easy. “You’ve got a full tavern, a paying crowd, and a reputation you barely manage to keep as it is.”
A flicker crosses Chase’s face, and there it is, your glowing sign. You press just slightly.
“If this turns into a full fight?” you add, gesturing lightly around the room, “chairs broken, people hurt, word spreads…”
A small shrug.
“…That’s bad for business. Especially if the Marines need to get involved.”
Murmurs ripple outward in agreement, and discontent at the thought of Marines coming to your island. While your island is relatively small and filled with lovely citizens, known as the perfect shopping and trading center, there are still the seedier parts of town that thrive and actually help support the town’s economy. And it needs the Marines to stay far away to keep the businesses going, as well as anyone who potentially harms that business is seen as a traitor to the town.
Behind you, a flurry of actions and emotions passes through each of the present members. Zoro doesn’t move, but his grip loosens, just a fraction as he watches you charm the crowd and their opponents into your wishes.
Sanji’s gaze drops briefly to you, admiring your stance and your fierce bravery in the way you’ve placed yourself between them without hesitation or fear. But as much as there is attraction and appreciation, there is a small part of him that is frustrated that you didn’t listen to his earlier warning to stay away from danger. To have you risk your life for them, for him, and potentially get injured? He could never live with himself with that.
Chase exhales sharply, seemingly unwilling to let go of this potential new challenge, regardless of the negative consequences sure to come his way if he continues down this path. “Then maybe they should’ve thought about that before—”
“Before what?” you cut in smoothly with a small smile, not at all sweet, but sharp and pointed, clear that you’re done playing around.
“Before sitting down? Ordering drinks? Existing?”
A couple of people laugh, quiet, but enough. You lean in just slightly, lowering your voice just enough so that others can’t hear, but that it still feels personal.
“Or is this about something else?”
A beat, before your gaze flicks, just briefly, to the staff behind him. To the kitchen, to the missing head chef, before back to him before briefly looking at the scratches that are on his hand. Clearly stating that you understand and are willing to call him out on it, without having to say it directly.
Chase’s jaw tightens, since he knows what you’re doing.
But more importantly, so does everyone else, as shown by the various whispers that start picking up around the room.
“…Clean it up,” you say lightly, gesturing to the mess. “Let them finish their drinks.”
A pause before you continue. “And we all pretend this didn’t happen.”
Silence.
Behind you, Luffy tilts his head slightly, equal parts interested and amused.
Robin watches you carefully, trying to understand you and your motives. Why would you stand up in defense for this crew that you know nothing about? What is it about you that makes you so willing to risk yourself in the defensive of others. She couldn’t figure you out, not yet, but she felt something in her come alive at this new puzzle that was placed all wrapped up beautifully infront of her.
Nami’s eyes narrow, not in suspicion, but in calculation. While she was appreciative of not being kicked out of another establishment, a sort of joke between the crew that has morphed to include an ‘incident free’ calendar that they just started three days ago. So while Nami was glad the streak was still on and alive, looking hopeful of reaching sometime of longevity this time around, she was cautious feeling that noone does a good deed like that without wanting or demanding something in return. And there is no way to ensure that what you ask for, it within the realm of positibility for either.rr
Sanji doesn’t look away, enamoured by the sight you make, taking charge in this situation and not giving up until you got your way, focused on your epic adventure.
And Zoro—
Zoro’s watching your back.
Chase exhales sharply through his nose before looking around and seeing the large crowd that had amassed during the conversation. Even someone as blind as him could recognize that the crowd was noot on his side, before finally stepping back.
“Fine, for now.”
The tension breaks, not completely, but enough that people start moving again, freely talking and breathing easily. You don’t turn around immediately, letting the moment settle and your heart beat slow down a bit. Then you glance back over your shoulder just slightly to tell the crew with the newly joined Chopper,
“Try not to start anything else.”
Casually, as if you didn’t just stop a fight and this is a normal everyday encounter for you to step in defense for total strangers.
Out of the corner of your eye you get a glimpse of your friends clearly searching for you, making you realize you have to go. With one last smile, you leave to join your friends and reassure them that you were fine.
Behind you, something has changed beyond the situation and the outcome they were expecting. You’ve grabbed their attention in one way or another, something you would learn would be dangerous. All because you took action, without question and without knowing them, seemingly following your blind instincts to protect.
Something a certain captain completely understands and approves of. Luffy grins, slow and bright, feeling certain that a type of adventure is in the air, and that it all has to do with you.
As if knowing what their captain was thinking, the remaining crew straightened up, feeling on the edge of something.
Zoro’s gaze lingers on your back as you walk away, steady and certain. His thoughts couldn’t help but circle back to the confident steps, the certrainty in your actions of what was the right move. A confidence like that is difficult to fake, especially in a high pressure situation like that, even more so between people of authority and unknown people like them. Zoro takes a look to the left and sees Robin already staring, a shared thought between them. They had to learn more about you.
Robin’s smile is soft, and slightly knowing. There’s something about you that draws her eye, something beyond your bravery that clearly captivated her crewmates. Something about you that felt vaguely familiar, but she just couldn’t remember how.
Sanji watches you go, something warm settling into something sharper. He lights another cigarette in an attempt to calm himself. Meeting you was an unexpected joy, and he felt something beyond his typical admiration for women with you. But you putting yourself in danger like that, makes his heart clench with an emotion he cannot yet name. He won’t let yourself be risked like that again.
Nami crosses her arms, thoughtful. You were quick on your feet, and obviously a smooth talker to be able to get the management off their backs, and the crowd onto their side. You’d be valuable, an asset. And Nami is certainly about advantages, especially when it could mean saving her nakamas in the future.
And Chopper, now on Zoro’s shoulders, looks at you walking away with quiet admiration.
She protected everyone…
A small, certain thought follows.
…We should keep them safe too. It’s only right.

By the time you and your friends spill out into the street, the tension from earlier is gone, and instead is replaced with laughter. It’s easy, bright and alive, enjoying the few moments you allow yourself to relax and enjoy the night, enjoy yourself.
“Did you see that?” one of your friends laughs, looping their arm through yours as you walk. “You just—“ she waved her hand in front of her casually as she continued, “walked in and fixed everything like it was nothing.”
You grin. “It wasn’t nothing, of course I was scared”
“Oh please,” another cuts in. “And what was that look you shared with the green-haired one?”
You blink. “What look?”
“The look,” she insists, nudging you.
“And the blond!” someone else adds. “Don’t think we didn’t catch that either.”
You roll your eyes, laughing. “You’re all dramatic.”
But you don’t deny it, not really. You’re not sure what to say about the connections you obviously felt with each man, but you weren’t ready to delve into that yet.
As you guys continue down to the next location, you can’t help but notice how the street is lively, lanterns glowing warm overhead as you make your way toward the next bar. Music drifts through the air, voices and movement blending into the perfect night, the air cool now that the sun is completely gone.
There was a loud noise that drew all of your attention across the street to see the same people you were thinking about gathered loosely near a food vendor. The captain stood at the front in mid-order, pointing enthusiastically at something on the grill while a man in overalls beside him nods along.
The rest are spread out nearby, relaxed, but not unaware, because the moment you step into view, they all notice, and something subtly shifts.
Postures straighten, attention sharpens but not in a guarded way, they were way to cautious to potentially scare you off by coming across tough in that way. They were sure to project an auro of open and interested as not to scare you off.
“Well, well,” one of your friends murmurs. “Looks like your admirers are back.”
You huff softly, but you’re already walking closer, a part of you excited that your paths cross this soon. Pirates are known to stop by the island, but they’re quick to leave, especially after an encounter like they had in the tavern. You’ve heard the stories of this crew, but to see their confidence in person is a completely different experience.
It’s Catburgular Nami who greets you first with a small smile, eyes sharp but warm. “I was wondering if we’d see you again,” she says.
You tilt your head slightly, returning the smile. “Same here.”
Her gaze flicks briefly to your friends, then back to you.
“You handled that situation earlier… very well.”
You shrug lightly. “Someone had to.”
A soft hum from beside you as the one known as Nico Robin steps in just slightly, her presence calm, composed, observant.
“You seem quite skilled at placing yourself exactly where you’re needed. That’s a healthy skill to have,” she says.
There’s something in her tone, not accusatory or even questioning, just noting, a bit of healthy curiosity.
You smile, just a little sharper this time. “Or maybe I just don’t like messes.”
Robin’s lips curve faintly. “An admirable trait.”
You’re aware of it then, the weight of their attention at a whole crew. Instead of feeling intimidated, a part of you feels relaxed in their prescence, despite knowing only tales and barely anything personal about them.
There’s a subtle shift of energy behind you, feeling warm, curious but focused, giving you just enough time to prepare for the upcoming conversation.
“Hey!”
You turn, and there he is, the famous Captain Monkey D. Luffy, grinning like he’s already decided something.
“I’m Luffy,” he says, like it’s the most important introduction in the world, as if there are people that don’t know about the Devil Fruit user.
You blink, then smile. “Yeah, I figured.”
He beams immediateky, unfiltered but no less certain, “I like you.”
Your friends snort behind you, amused by the various conversations you’re partaking in, something completely different from your normal routine. They care for you but know that you’re still tightly guarded. Seeing this group of people bring you such clear joy, made them beyond happy.
You laugh softly. “You don’t even know me.”
“Don’t need to,” he says easily.
And somehow, you believe him. The crew behind him shares some looks and laughter, familiar to the typical explaination from their captain, understanding that it’s a gut instinct.
The rest of the introductions blur into something warm and easy. Voices overlapping, laughter shared, the groups seemingly eaily blending together. Sanji reappears at your side at some point, offering food without asking, while Zoro lingers just close enough to be part of the conversation without saying much. Usopp jumps in and out with exaggerated stories as Chopper sticks near you more often than not.
It’s easy, almost too easy. So when you suggest, “Hey, we’re heading to another place—bar hopping. You should come.”
It doesn’t feel like a big decision, just a continuation.
Some of them exchange looks, quick, silent. then—
“Yeah!” Luffy says immediately.
And just like that, they join you.
‿︵‿ 𓇼 ⋆.˚ 𓆉 𓆝 𓆡⋆.˚ 𓇼 ‿︵‿
The bar is louder than the last, dimmer and closer, the kind of place where conversations blur together and time slips your friends peel away toward the counter, chasing drinks and laughter.
Leaving you, standing there with them all surrounding you. The shift is immediate, while not visible, it was felt. They’re all closer now, not crowding, just determined to be in your atmosphere, present and focused.
Luffy, Sanji, Chopper and Nami are all immediately next to you, Zoro, Usopp and Robin sit opposite from you, completing a circle. Luffy leans forward slightly, his voice dropping in tone, clear that he’s serious and focused on this moment with you, and your answers. “Have you ever thought about being apart of a pirate crew?”
You blink, completely thrown by the question. “…What?”
He doesn’t laugh, and doesn’t brush it off. He leans in just a little, eyes steady. “Imagine it,” he says.
“Every day a new adventure. Somewhere you grow and challenge yourself and never have to settle.”
There’s something in his tone, something pulling and inviting, holding infinite promises for you, all under the premise if you would just leave with them.
“Where you can be free.”
“Be treasured,” Nami adds smoothly. You glance at her to find her gaze is steady, certain.
“Never doubting your value or purpose. Everyone on a pirate crew provides.”
“Be protected,” another voice follows, this time low and grounded. You don’t even have to look to know it’s Zoro. “Never worry about having to be the strongest or the smartest.” A pause. “Just… you.”
“Where you can be cared for,” Sanji says softly.
You meet his eyes, earnest and unwavering. “Loved.”
Your breath catches, just slightly.
“What would it take?” Luffy asks again.
And suddenly, it doesn’t feel like a casual question. It feels like something is waiting on your answer.
You’re quiet for a moment, thinking, running through the logistics of leaving this town. It was always the plan, you’ve probably stayed too long already. But to leave like this?
“Well…” You sigh softly, tilting your head. “For how long?”
A small shrug. “I could do a overnight trip, or a quick adventure. The store can be closed for that long.”
A faint laugh. “But to leave forever?”
You trail off, thinking.
You don’t see it, the way their expressions shift subtly and quickly.
Your gaze drifts instead, to your friends over at the bar, laughing and waiting for their oder. You smile, soft and fond, smile only growing once your friends make eye contact with you. Their faces light up and they wave over to you joyfully.
You wave, enjoying this moment. And that’s your answer.
“Well,” you say quietly, turning back. “I’d miss my friends.”
A small breath.
“And I’d worry about them.”
Honest, simple, and real.
“I’d need them to say it’s okay for me to go, before I could join anyone forever.”
Silence, not empty and not awkward. Just, still.
Because you don’t notice the way something settles over the group. Not heavy or obviously, but decided.
Luffy smiles, slow but happy at the answer. “Okay.”
And just like that, you’ve set the terms, and they’ve already accepted them.
Luffy watches you turn back toward your friends, thoughful and content. That’s easy.
Nami’s gaze follows yours, calculating. They just need reassurance, that’s something they can provide for you in spades.
Sanji’s jaw tightens slightly, his eyes soft but focused. We can give them that.
Zoro exhales quietly, already done thinking about it. Then we’ll make it happen.
And you just smile, unaware of the way your future is slowly but surely changing.

ꫂ᭪݁ when luffy sees taking up the seat he had already claimed so he could get a better look at his partner—god he was just gone for a second! that signature toothy grin left his face immediately as he stared the man down from behind. unfortunately for the poor guy who was barely done with his cheesy line, something about you being the one four him??
"are you done yet." a familiar voice that takes on a different tone enters his ear, turning around to look at who it may be... "woah, chill man i didn'-"
a cold wave of goosebumps washes over the stranger, heart dropping to his ass, the man who was just jumping around with joy out of saving his island's lives from another bunch of pirates who couldn't do anything but terrorize others- just dead, staring straight at him.
as soon as he leaves, i fear he's still giving him the deathstare throughout all the noise, and laughter that's present.
"aw, are you jealous?" you teased as you watched him let the meat in front of him simply idle, "huh? i just can't tell why so many people are after you when i go to get seconds!"
"maybe you are the one piece..." — "...is that a threat or a compliment?"
ꫂ᭪݁ zoro is not thinking of any other way to get them to shut up other than to quite literally shut them down and slice through them, have the stupid dartbrow cook bake them into a pie, and have them thrown off into the sea somewhere.
he was ordering you a meal since he wanted to pay for the both of you this time, no matter how much cheese you want sprinkled atop your pasta, or how many espresso shots with whipped cream are in and on your drink; whatever you wanted, he wouldn't mind giving you the world.
so when he turns his head to find somebody taking up the seat at the table HE camped for- trust me he is livid.
"a window seat all by yourself hu-?" the stranger's words being completely cut off when a large shadow covered them. "you got a death wish or something? terrible line by the way."
as the person walks off, he slides you your drink, "you know if ever that happens, don't hesitate to tell me, yeah?"
ꫂ᭪݁ sanji smirks, smirks at the mere thought of someone even thinking of taking you from him. he thinks its funny, you were just sitting at the bar idly, watching him make drinks for customers to help out the owner of the place a bit. the old man deserved a break, so you didn't really mind just supporting sanji on the side for now.
but he didn't expect there to be a queue in order to talk to his partner. HIS partner. did i mention you were his partner yet or what.
"sitting by yourself, or what, eye candy?" a lady sat herself right beside you, a half-empty wine glass in her other hand, and the other quickly occupied your forearm.
"'m just waiting on my boyfriend to finish his shift," you state with disinterest in your voice, in the hopes of the woman backing off after hearing a mention of a partner. "oh, pretty, he doesn't have to know about us,"
"'scuse me, they're here with me. always with me." sliding you a drink, flashing you a sweet smile before it turns to a smug grin as he turns to the woman.
"jeez, have fun with your boytoy then." rolling her eyes as she picks up her things and walks off. "jealous much?" you took a sip from the glass, "only over you, mon cœur."
ꫂ᭪݁ you and robin were in charge of helping chopper pick things out in the market, as he carried the rest of the inventory on his back, you two followed the list the furry little doctor handed the two of you previously.
no one has ever actually tried to hit on you before, it's either they assume you're together, or you both are too hot to have a partner. that was up until today, when you and chopper sat at a cafe, ordering things the last few things.
rosemary
chamomile
valerian root
that should wrap it up for now, exhaling a sigh of relief, she couldn't wait to taste the yogurt mousse, sprinkled with chocolate chips on top, she could already smell it.
"hey, i've never seen ya around here..." a lady with pretty blonde hair sat in front of you, chopper stared nervously between the two of you, silently taking bites from his piece of cake.
you tilted your head in confusion, "sorry that chair is taken by-" "you guys aren't serious, though... right?" the desperate tone in her voice became clearer when her hand hovered yours for a moment; face glowing red.
"i'd like to think we are." robin places a cold hand on her shoulder, making the girl jump out of her seat. walking away on eggshells as you let out a laugh. "i didn't take you to be possessive." - "i just don't like it when people try to take what's mine."
ꫂ᭪݁ nami wanted to shop around with you for a little bit, for the little peace you two could share off the boat and by yourselves. talk about privacy being a luxury nowadays... roaming into every shop, you felt like your girlfriend was dolling you up every single boutique you visited!!
waiting outside the dressing room to see the outfit she picked out for herself, or better yet, outfits she picked out for herself, you loved to see her in anything to be very frank.
while checking out the items you two have already spent god knows how many berries on, the clothing clerk that was assisting the both of you with the clothing felt as though something was off between you two.
"hey, i haven't ever seen you around here before... if you're new to town i would happily give you a tour! 100% off, the only price you pay is dinner with me tonight?"
being bombarded with so much information so fast and so willingly, you were stated speechless, your mouth slightly agape, trying to say something but nothing comes out. at least nami can say it for you!
"they're taken. can you move along now?" - "wait but-" - "i said, move. along."
her fierce tone quickly got them to flee the scene back over to the counter they were legally supposed to be at in the first place. "wow, jealous nami? really?"
"oh please, the one time we go out just the two of us, we still get bothered! unbelievable."
ꫂ᭪݁ it was... hard not to know that you were usopp's partner, i mean, with him being so freaking proud of just getting to be by your side. you were a topic he always ends up tracing back to when he tells stories, hell even when he listens to them!
so when you were helping out with keeping the ship in the harbor, letting the others explore the new island first so you could (finally) have alone time with captain usopp the great; some boat boy thought it was a great idea to…
“oh- my bad, beautiful!” is what the stranger let out when you accidentally bumped into him when you meant to go get more rope. “no problem, ‘scuse me!” — “hey, where ya offta, pretty? spare me a few seconds, who knows, i might give ya the night of ya life.”
a wave of uncomfortability, the box in your arms starting to slip, “sorry, i have a boyfriend.” you picked the box up once more before trying to face away. “what? you mean that scrawny little pirate on the ship? ya call that yer boyfriend?”
letting out a loud, loud, loud laugh, he could barely control himself before— thunk!
“ouch! what the—?!” turning around, there was no one there, but when he went to face you again, how in the world did this—!?
“hey baby! ahem, what were you saying?” pointing his slingshot at the man, watching him walk off with grunts on every step

Nami holds her emotions close to her chest, never letting them be shown unless she truly trust’s the people around her. With that being said, when she's jealous, she makes it KNOWN. Pulling you close to her. Soft touches linger on your hips, ass, face. You’re hers and you know it and everyone in this bar currently knows it. “My pretty dove, go back to the merry and wait for me in our bed naked, I have something I need to handle before that” she whispers in your ear. You don't have it in you to argue, to tell her that the men whistling at you are just a waste of time. You hardly make it out the door before you hear the cries of men, begging for mercy and soft words coming from Nami “Lay eyes on her again and you're dead”. By the time you get back to the Merry, your panties are soaked.
Zoro was a man of few words but that never stopped him from letting his jealousy boil over to the point that you knew it. “You want to come? What a stupid girl you must be to think you deserve to” Zoro pants out while relentlessly fucking you from behind. Your moans muffle into the pillow and you can feel yourself clenching down on his cock. “You didn't think I noticed the way you were flirting with the shitty cook. I should leave you here with my cum dripping out of you. Maybe the cook would come in, I bet he'd like my sloppy seconds”. His hand at the back of your neck, and even though you would never tell him this, you were flirting with Sanji, because you wanted this exact reaction out of him. You wanted Zoro to be mean, jealous, and fuck you into the mattress.
It's not until you're back on the merry that you can tell some things off. Usopp is quiet, shut off almost, completely out of character for him. You don't try to question it in front of everyone, afraid that would only add fuel to the fire. It's not until you've come out of the shower and into your room that you still see him sulking in bed. “My love, what's wrong? You've been a sour-sopp ever since we came back from the island” you ask him in a curious tone. He looks at you with wandering eyes, almost conflicted in a way. Without saying a word he smashes his lips onto yours, catching you by surprise. It's not unwelcomed, any touch by Usopp is never unwelcomed but you can tell this seems off. “Whoa there tiger, what's gotten into you” you ask. He lets a few moments pass before saying “I guess I just got a little jealous seeing how spontaneous you can be with luffy, you're so free with each other, I wish I could give you that”. “Oh my love, you never have to be jealous about that, I love you for you. Nothing will ever change that”.
It's hard for Sanji to get jealous, I mean he would be a hypocrite if he got mad over you flirting or looking at other people. He knew that your relationship was secure enough to the point where you both didn't need to worry about that. But jealousy is a little green monster that creeps it’s way into his gut anytime he sees you with the green-haired man that he's grown to have a love-hate relationship with. He snarls to himself when he sees Zoro's hands wrapping around yours, teaching you how to properly hold a sword, that just won't do. When he finally gets you away from the swordsman, he pulls you into the bathroom, pushes you onto your knees and pulls out his cock. “Now I know you know that was bad behavior darling, how are you going to make it up to me” he asks while tracing his thumb on your lower lip. Nodding up at him with big eyes you kiss the tip of his cock before licking him base to head. In the back of your head you think to yourself that you quite like jealous Sanji.
Luffy is always direct about his feelings, screaming how he feels about you for the entire world to hear. That includes telling the men across from you guys at the bakery to stop gawking at you. Wrapping an arm around your shoulders he kisses you on the cheek, always one for public displays of affection. “Hey guys, yeah you! Can you please stop staring at my girlfriend” his tone isn't mean but firm, with a slight tinge of jealousy to it. But it doesn't upset him, in fact he prides himself that he kept himself in control. The men look embarrassed and immediately look away awkwardly. And when you walk out hand in hand you notice how the entire shop is looking at you two. As you continue to walk, you tell Luffy “you know, when you get jealous you really like to let everyone know that I’m yours” you smile at him. He smiles back, not bothering to respond verbally but instead squeezing your hand in his. He would always make it known that you're his and vice versa .
