I get by with a little help from my friends. Or I should say I get up with a lot of help from my friends. _ I’ll be teaching all weekend in Athens @houseofyoga.gr where I got to practice this morning and @sofiaxirotyri gave me this awesome assist. This weekend is my last workshop in Europe this year. Come practice. _ My next one week Mysore immersion @miamiyogagarage is in November. We have a ton of ways you can come practice in Miami!
