Right now I'm off to see a late-ish showing of Wonder Woman, but shortly before we left, I hungrily demolished this bowl of soy chicken satay skewers and the eggplant lover dish from @vestationkitchen! I wasn't sure if it was enough food at first (my eyes can feast larger than my stomach), but everything from the bell peppers, carrots, Japanese eggplants (my favorite kind of eggplant variety) and soy chicken totally sufficed! 😋🍆🌶🥕🍢🍿💚 I really learned how important it is to eat enough throughout the day since all I had earlier were steamed veggies, popcorn, a Bhu Foods cookie, and a strawberry or two.. 😂🍿🍓 #superfitbabe #health #diet #nutrition #pegan #vestation #hclf #hflc #vegan #plantbased #bestlifeproject #glutenfree

LOL and the foodie adventures continue: I just had to revisit @vestationkitchen with @toedter1 to try their epic pan-roasted Brussel sprouts and panang curry special! 😱💚 Firstly, the panang curry tasted so flavorful and aromatic with perfectly baked kabocha squash, the most beautifully sliced avocado, tofu, asparagus, bell peppers, edamame, and snap peas! Secondly, you seriously can't go wrong with roasted Brussel sprouts. I didn't try them, but @toedter1's Buddha wraps also looked super fresh and delicious!
