I think today was a Great Success.

72 minutes incline walking.

15 minutes biking.

My fat fast continued. Mostly eggs, butter & cheese. The last meal was roast beef and white queso. YUM.

I did a virtual walk in Japan.

Virtual Walk Tonight

I’m going to be going out for a walk tonight, and you should join me! I will be doing a simple loop around the local reservoir (1.8 miles/3k) after dinner. If you go out, too, be sure to snap a photo and mention me. :-D
