I agree they are dumb as hell, but it’s so funny that there is no way around it. A child is outplaying them in the fucking chess match, a toddler. He doesn’t know his abc’s yet. They are grown men, at least be smarter than a five year old. Reinhard’s reputation is probably extra ruined.

If Pride If has taught us anything is that if you can't kill the Hero - go for the image he's built for himself!

And well - ngl along with the Sword Saint's reputation might have Subaru beat the trial and take control Volcanica and have him reek havoc on Lugunica on top of his new pet lizard.

For the average Lugunican your God is being controlled by a five year old. Be very AFRAID!!!

You keep on writing about Ricardo being Ana’s father. Which side story is that from? Also what caused karsten to be angry at the dragon?

For Ricardo and Anastasia: Ricardo is never explicitly referenced as her father, but like — he bathed her when she was little, got her clothes, set her up with her first job, he was at one point driven into such a wild rage at the idea of a man trying to kidnap her as a slave that he basically said that if anything had happened to her he would cut off all of his limbs and throw him in boiling oil, he calls her “Ana-bo”… It’s not a stretch to say that the affection he feels towards her (which is a lot) is of the nature a father would feel about his daughter, or at least close to it. Look at Anastasia Rising In Life Memorial Day, Anastasia’s Kararagi Merchant Path, and Kararagi Girl Meets Cats, specifically.

For Crusch and the dragon: Crusch always hated the covenant with the dragon because she felt that reliance on it made the kingdom weak. But this was only exacerbated with Fourier’s death, because that meant the dragon had broken its promise to protect the Royal Family — and the man she had loved very, very much had paid the price for it. Look at EX 1 (The Dream the Lion King Saw) for the full story on that one, lol.
