BIG NEWS TUMBLR FAM!! Signed up for my very first powerlifting meet! 😱😱 ——- Working on paying attention to the feel of my depth and hip hinge today to really know mentally where the right depth is (hip crease below knee) for the meet in April. Started light (135lb, here in video), then built up. Final set was 1 rep, 225 lb, beltless 💫 SOOOO excited to see how much I’ll be squatting in April 👀

Also extra - under 190 lbs today! 189.6 lol Last time I under that was a while ago, BUT this time I am more muscle and less fat aka I’m way bettaaaaa then the last one I was at this number! Ayyyyy

Hello fam I’ve lost 4% body fat the past few months - since April :) Still churning, still losing, still gaining muscle and strength, still becoming a better athlete overall :)
