This Waldorf salad is a combination of apples, grapes, celery and walnuts, all tossed in a creamy dressing. An easy and refreshing salad that’s perfect as a side dish or lighter main course.

Salad day would not be complete without Waldorf Salad. So, here we have two recipes, basic version from 1917 and a 1978 jello mold.

Today's Lunch is a Dr.Sebi inspired meal at Just Salad. This is a BYO salad that I’m calling, “Alkaline Electric Waldorf Salad” made with romaine, quinoa, cucumbers, apples chickpeas, & walnuts. The vegan dressing I used is the “Spicy Tahini.” NOTE: The dressing may have spices that are NOT Dr. Sebi approved. If you want 100% approved #ingredients, I would bring your own dressing or use olive oil only which is available at Just Salad. Also the quinoa & chickpeas may have been cooked with ingredients that are also not approved as well. If you are striving for 100% #alkaline electric salad, I would recommend just creating a build your own with raw food.
