If what is happening to the Detective is as big as I think is, would the agency consider stationing another unit there to both help protect the Detective and contain the situation, permanently? If so which one?

And going off of a ask you just answered, if it is Unit Alpha, would you make them romance options? Personally, I believe it would be funny for the Detective to friend zone the Vampires and date one of the Werewolves instead, and seeing Adam/Ava's face when it's revealed would be hysterical! Also, Tamiko and Lesedi (I'm sorry if I misspelled their names), would be perfect ro's for my taste in personality.

The Agency is certainly calling in some of their 'heavy hitting' units to stick around the facility in Wayhaven during the events of Book Four, that's for sure, hehe! :D

They won't all permanently be stationed in the town, but it will be a good idea to have them on call…just in case.

I wouldn't make Unit Alpha romances during the main series—writing the extra villain romance is already adding quite the intensity and workload, hehe!

But hopefully one day in another series…Same with pretty much all new characters I introduce that I end up inevitably falling in love with, lol! :D

Platonic/Familial David, Asher, Milo + Darlin

Notes: Something small bc I was just made aware that there's a fandom for Redacted Audios, and I'm such a big fan.

I know Darlin isn't as close to Milo, Asher, and David are to each other, but the thought of the boys being protective over them when they were all younger warms my heart. In this, the boys are around year to two years older than Darlin (Darlin is gonna be around 14, so the boys are gonna range from 15-16). In my head, David's wolf form looks similar to a gray wolf, Asher is more of a tan wolf, and Milo is a black/dark gray wolf.

It's quiet in the forest around Dalia, soft sniffles breaking the silence on a ridge top overlooking the city. You'd gotten into another fight with your parents. Another stupid argument, you don't even remember over what. Tears fall into your lap as the sun hits your face, warming your body against the chill air around you.

Your body perks up when you hear rustle behind you. A small growl leaves your throat as you jump up into your feet, crouched low to the ground. Your growling stops as you see that familiar gray white pattern step out from the brush, your eyes immediately catching his.

You let out a sigh, your body immediately relaxing. You perk up a bit more as two more heads pop out from nearby, the tan fur immediately catching the sun and the dark fur almost blending into the brush around them. You sit back on your butt, David walking over still in his wolf form. You look at him, tears still slowly falling down your cheeks. He lets out a deep huff, rubbing his head against your cheek.

You let out a small whine, pulling away slightly. "David.."

He lets out a snort before laying down next to you, the sun gleaming off his soft coat. You look down at him, hesitating for a bit before laying your head on his back. The other two watch quietly, Asher padding over as he hears another sniffle from you. As you look up at him, he leans down and sniffles around your face. You giggle softly, pushing his snout away.

"Asher." You scold him softly, no real bite behind your words. He lets out what sounds like a snort mixed with a sneeze before plopping down in front of you. You wrap an arm around him softly, the warmth of his fur providing a nice comfort. Milo is the last to walk over, walking up behind you.

His snout bumps against your side, curling up behind you. He rests his head in the groove of your waist, letting out a small huff as the four of you settle in the patch of sun.

You nuzzle your face into Asher's fur, the warmth from the three of them helping relax you despite the emotional turmoil you might be in still. Your eyes grow heavy, your body growing heavier against David.

He doesn't complain, only letting out a huff when it finally seems like you've fallen asleep. The four of you stay there, you quietly resting. Asher falls asleep alongside you. Milo closes his eyes, keeping his ears open for any noises around the area. David lays there, eyes open as he looks over Dalia, listening to the breathing of the three others around him.
