Okay but imagine Bucky trying to bond with Sarah's boys and getting roped into playing video games with them.

Like, he's so bad at it at first that they almost give up on him, so he stays up practicing whenever he can't sleep. He slowly gets better at it until he has to constantly let them win, but never tells them because it melts his heart when he sees their eyes light up as they start explaining mechanics to him.

Sam doesn't really get the hype at first, but then after a few rounds of begging and puppy dog eyes from the kids, he gives in and gives it the old college try. It's all downhill from there.

Bucky kicks his ass spectacularly at Mortal Combat once and the war begins.

That's it. That's my headcannon for dude nights whenever uncle Buck comes over on weekends.

Bonus: you know that it's Team uncle Cap vs. Team uncle Wolf and allegiance shifts, depending on who's had a winning streak recently.
