His weapon is a piece of magitech he stole, it can theoretically take on different forms but he uses it as essentially a water whip-blade, hitting stiffly when he needs it too but relaxed and movable otherwise
He had to tinker with it to add a special water tank for emergency use if there isn’t any in the area it can pull on
He HAS also used it almost like a gun to launch something but generally speaking it is as I mentioned

Perse’s strife is knives! Technically it’s labeled as “Bladekind” because she’s shockingly good with anything that has, well, a blade
But she much prefers a knife or dagger to something bigger

A Weapon from Artair
It takes him a while to think of something. She's small, but capable, and being able to defend herself would be good. But it should be practical too.
What he ends up presenting her with is a little rapier. The cross-guard has a delicate swirl that covers the hand and protects it when it is near the top of the handle, and the tapered tip of the blade is hollow, with a bloom of rubber that seems to come from inside the sword, which houses a small set of metal prongs in the center. It almost looks like an open flower with a pair of stamen.
The handle is longer than usual, and the pommel is what appears to be a wrench, with a worm screw to adjust one of the jaws. There's a sliding mechanism that opens the handle when the jaws are shut, to replace the battery inside. And when a small trigger switch is held down with a finger, the tip lights electric, forming a minuscule insulated taser.
"I-- -don't really know how to do magic stuff, or I would've tried to make something a bit less.... inventive? But I figure getting a little shock would keep a lot of things from messing with you. And the tips are really sharp, so they could probably hurt if you used them on top of the zappy bit or if you're out of battery. But I did the pommel that way so you could use it for some more practical stuff too-- only the point is really sharp, so you'd have a longer handle grip, which means more torque strength."
