A. Max weighted Pull up // 45# (same as previous PR 6 weeks ago. Attempted 53# but only got half way up to the bar)
B. Max Rep Strict Pull ups // 10 (same as last weekend
C. 30x1 1RM backsquat // 200#!!!! Finally!!!!! Felt really good too. Didn’t attempt anything else, we were pretty crammed on time and the rest of the class was standing there waiting for tmlowe00 and I to finish so they could start the WOD.
5RFT 1 CSR 5 power cleans at 75 10 burpees // 10:46. Possibly still excited about PR but I was feeling really good. Love running so much more than rowing (probably means I should row more…ew)
