My partners bought oranges and now I'm afraid I'm going to open the fridge and just... Amnesia wall induced time skip ahead anywhere from like 20 minutes to the next morning.

Still don't know *why* oranges specifically bring out Cyrus (a little in our system), and it's confusing. It's the only non-negative trigger we know of for the majority of our system.

i walked into a store to try to look for something i've been eyeing for a while, but the second i heard them chime, i bolted out of there.

having weird triggers is so fucking annoying. especially when they're really vague. like, discussion of one particular food triggers me because it reminds me of when I was hospitalized and makes me sick to my stomach but if I tell people they always look at me weird and try to "test" it as if I'd fucking lie about not even being able to look at what was my favorite food as a kid

Recently been really triggered by that one apple emoji with eyebags (🫩). It reminds me of the way my family looked at me when they thought I was being stupid, right before they called me a tard or delayed or slow... It doesn't help that the only people that use it I know say horrific things :(
