she finds him practicing. of course she would. he's hawk. hawks need to spread their wings every once in a while, and so does he. that poor punching bag, though. udyati wouldn't wanna switch places with it.
her hand comes up to dislodge her earphones and a tinny voice rasps pace yourself for me and she thinks it's good advice for hawk too. it's like he's working himself to the bone, trying to earn his place, making it so that they don't send him back to cobra kai.
"you don't have to," udyati says as she discards her jacket and silently takes her place behind the punching bag so she can hold it steady for hawk while he practices his punches and kicks. he doesn't even have to ask. "you can just stay here. with all of us."
