Okay so-

Here’s a list of things that happened either during or after I drew this (in no particular order):

I learned that the actual pairing name for Rush and David is Dash

I rage quit for about four hours or so because I’m terrible with anatomy without references

TATTOOS ARE A PAIN IN THE ASS TO DRAW IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE DOING

NO BUT-

I TRIED SO MANY IDEAS FOR RUSH’S TATTOO BUT NOTHING WORKED

First I wanted to do a whole sleeve, but the black didn't wanna work with me so I tried doing Japanese waves, but that didn't work either so I tried the word Sacrifice, but that didn't seem to wanna work with me so I was just like SCREW YOU PHOTOSHOP and gave him a long-sleeved shirt with a peek at the the S in Sacrifice

Also I completely BSed Dave’s tattoos and it somehow became roses on a vine

I wanted to give it that rough sketch kind of style, but I usually draw more realistic-ish stuff so it was bothering me too much for me to go on

I was just like AHHHH OKAY SCREW THIS BACK TO SEMI-REALISM

Also the piercings and eyeshadow were a spontaneous decision

The smudge looking things on the top are Dave’s fingers getting a bit in the way of the lens and not me trying to make up for horrible anatomy skills

I MIGHT go back and make another one with the same lineart I used and do the “rough” style I wanted to do.

I think this turned out decent.
