Mal & Kaylee
I think about faith as a kid DAILY.
do you think part of the reason why she wears such revealing clothes is because when she was a kid and her mom hit her she had to cover up to stop questions from being asked? Wearing clothes that show her skin is just another way of saying "you can't fucking touch me", like what she screamed when we saw her beating up a vampire in season three. She also said to that vampire "my dead mom hits harder than that" again linking her own abuse with how she has the strength now to defend herself and take out her rage at being abused on vampires
“We don't move on. We hold that place in our heart, we close it off, we lock the door, we visit from time to time, but we don't move on. Even after we say goodbye.”
What should we do with Lorne (Angel)?

bonus:
Trying to come up with a possible plot for that legal thriller idea I had for S4 of Buffy. Would love any ideas or suggestions!
The premise/general idea I have:
romance is not the main focus for me in this fic. It can happen, but I’m not going to go out of my way to ship characters.
Similar to Marvel (and real life, honestly), the US government hired former Nazi scientists after the War. My thought here is (like the MCU) the initiative is a smokescreen for the nazis to continue their work in creating the “perfect soldier” to take over the world.
Once the audience & the crew finds this out, this sets of a chain reaction of a few things: 1. Confronting the Scoobies’ pro-human bias.
2. Tying in Willow being Jewish (something barely mentioned in the show except as a throw-away line & the fact that Spike lived through WWII.
3. Dealing with the ethics of experiments, which can be tied into my next point. 4. Following some of the soldiers from the initiative. Would be an opportunity to show that character growth can happen: people can step away from prejudices, misogyny, terrible/harmful behavior, and become better people. 5. Potential commentary on the US.
