I forget that writing doesn't have to be some long drawn out thing. So you can all have my thoughts on how I think the 141 feels about Sleep Token, and their favorite songs.

I think Price is particular about it. Like he only really enjoys certain songs by them and there's no real rhyme or reason as to why. Like he'll listen to Gods, but skip Vore. I think his top two are Nazareth and Higher (because he's fucking insane).

Ghost is a fan but like casually. Doesn't get involved in all the puzzles and clues. Just listens to the music and vibes. He likes the anonymity because he can relate to wanting to keep your identity separate from your job. (I think he also just doesn't care about the identities of any musician he listens to. He's just here for the music.) Top songs are Jaws and Vore (he's also insane.)

Gaz and Soap are in similar boats, I think. They're both in deep, super into the puzzles and clues and figuring everything out. They have a shared google doc where they keep track of everything, trying to tie it all together. I think Soap got curious and peeked behind the veil, and Gaz chewed him out for it. Soap's top two are Take Aim and The Offering. Gaz's top two are Ascensionism and Emergence.

(And my favorite two songs are Telomeres and Damocles.)

Part One of an ongoing series:

My thesis? The UK band Sleep Token (straddling everything from progressive metal to jazz to funk to edm) is almost entirely about Doctor Who. Evidence, pt. 1: the TimePetals songs

(Fully convinced this is exactly how he thinks of her.) i cut out some lyrics here that are rapid-fire, but can all be construed as his mental turmoil/issues with his own dual nature, but i want to stick to the really poignant ones, so:

"Tangled in your trance; and I'm certain you have got your hooks in me! I know, I know, the way that it goes; you get what you give, you reap what you sow, and I can see you in my fate!" (This seems very much like him feeling that it might be dangerous, might hurt, but can’t stop himself.)

"I know, I know, I am what I am; the mouth of the wolf, the eyes of the lamb!" (very indicative of the time around the Bad Wolf stuff, to me)

So darling, will you saturate? (IMO he’d love her to saturate him, be part of his molecules. (see: Alkaline))

"Nobody can say for certain if maybe it's all just a game. When I open my eyes to the future, I can hear you say my name. So rain down on me!" (I just feel like she definitely developed into his godhead by Ten’s run, and he’s just taking this all on faith.) Moar to come!

So frickin' true 😭😭 I don't know why at the end of 2025 I was started missing my favorite cartoon, Atomic Betty 🇨🇦🪐💫 so bad. And it happens after I watched BoBoiBoy Galaxy 🇲🇾⚡🪐💫 series.

Both cartoons are definitely at the same genre.

After seeing that gorgeous art of Cloud dressed as Aoba by @ookikufurikabutte, something possessed me and this happened. Granted I am strongly biased, as anyone who knows me knows, towards both Cloud/Biggs and Koujaku/Aoba, but still. Biggs radiates that same big brother energy that Koujaku does and I stand by my choices.

@cyberpunkboytoy can attest to how this possessed my brain and wouldn't let go. (I knew I was in trouble when I looked at it and went, "no, I have to put the pattern on his kimono"...)
