Broke: SDN Torrance doesn’t have an HR

Woke: They have an HR department but the turnover rate is almost worse than the z team dispatchers before Robert got there so nothing got done anyway

Bespoke: An HR department is fully established, but look the other way when it comes to the Z team because their metrics look absolutely terrible if they include all the reports about them, which makes them look terrible during regional end of year reviews.

Even if the raise is still shit after better metrics, 10 cents/hr extra is still 10 cents/hr more than they would’ve got if they added the z teams incidents, and LA’s already steep living costs just keep getting higher and higher. So as long as they don’t bother them personally and even the slightest hint of plausible deniability, HR does not give a shit what the z team does to their dispatcher or others. They don’t get paid enough to truly care, even if they do feel a little bad at the insane dispatcher turnover rate.

Instead of making updates no one wants that actively fractures or reduces communication, interaction, and attribution why doesn’t tumblr do something about the scam bots that desperately beg to be dmed about commissions or buying artwork in the comments of posts pls free me tumblr, free me from the bots, my block list grows every time I make a post and it makes me sad I want people to enjoy my art and feel human connection not be met with bots asking to buy or be contacted

Ok but honestly pretty disappointed with how Archie has been kind of a nothing character so far. I don't even remember if she was named before episode 3, and we still barely know anything about her

It's such a shame too! Cause I was pretty excited seeing her in promo stuff since she looks v cool! But like,, she barely does anything of note so far. Biggest things to me so far are: presumably dating Jim, almost went through with that fight to the death, and was a snake cult. Girl who even are you!!

Jim and Oluwande were also much more built up last season. We see a lot more of their dynamic and learn more about their past. Ik the circumstances are very different, but it just felt like Jim started dating this absolute rando out of nowhere with Archie. I'm sure they have more stuff we didn't see, but with Ed's emo phase being so short we just don't get the chance!

It's cool Archie, Jim, and Olouwande have an implied throuple, but it would be better if we had anything to really go off of with Archie!! It just bugs me, man hhh
