New meal. Crimini, shallots and garlic fried up, then added some white corn, cayenne pepper and a can of tuna.

I bought a pack of white corn as they were out of yellow corn. If I should describe it, it's like large corns of white rice, with too little salt. But probably more nutritious.

Cayenne pepper to get the mucus flowing. 🐲

Much longer proofing time for both, blue corn flour significantly more. Still want to try with different flour percentages and different water content.
