And these are the cuties I talked about before! Heart-shaped silicone muffin tins, perfect for example for these egg muffins/ mini fritattas. Do you guys have a way to stop egg muffins from collapsing once they've baked and puffed up? I tried turning off the oven after they've cooked and cracking the door just slightly to stop it from baking further. Didn't work they just collapsed slower :( Any ideas?
