Hades. Orange jumpsuit. The fires put out. He looks very human. Theirs a shiny barrier between him and zelena

Regina. In the upper right hand corner. Iron vines keep her their burning into her skin.

Robin and Roland. He’s holding on tight to Roland. Both are still in their regular clothing. Robin’s looking up worriedly at Regina

Cruella. Trapped in a mirror (Sydney’s old one). Banging on the glass. No fur coat in sight.

Hansel. In regular clothing. Looking fondly at Henry.

Henry. Once again in the middle of it all. This time on Hades’ throne. Arm wrapped in the chains used to bind the equestrians. Appears to be pulling on the chains. Looking smug as anything. By his side is Excalibur. It still has his name on it

The tag line under Henry says “time to raze hell”
