Prompt: Someone leaving gifts at the Sanctum, but Stephen can't believe they could possibly be for him and passing all of them along to Wong. So someone thinks they are giving gifts to Stephen. Stephen is giving Wong gifts from his secret admirer and Wong thinks Stephen is giving him gifts. Just imagine Wong and the someone at a romantic dinner setting both basically going. “You’re not Stephen.”

Nat: so, according to my friend Sharon, being attracted by sarcastic assholic idiots who are actually certified geniuses is “not healthy”. Now, look at them and tell me you can resist their pretty faces *frantically points at Tony, Stephen and Bruce*

The only reason why Nat and Stephen never got to meet over 20+ MCU movies is that it would have been no game for any villain. It took them less than 5 animated minutes to save the freaking multiverse together.

And the only reason why he didn’t choose Tony was that the three of them would have killed Ultron and Killmonger without even stopping to flirt.

Hi, and thank you so much for your question!

As I've repeated a lot of times, I'm totally into ironwidow and ironstrange and I love to analyze the psyche of the characters, especially my favorite ones. Since seeing Tony and Stephen interact in IW and after having known Stephen in Doctor Strange I started to think he had a lot in common with Nat, in a different way from how much he has in common with Tony.

While Tony and Stephen have a similar background, Nat and Stephen present behavioural patterns that often align (trust issues, mysterious aureas and the way they talk to people, relying always on themselves before relying on others....). It might as well be just me projecting on characters who are similar to me, but whatever, that's my reading of them.

I think it's a real shame they never got to meet in the entire MCU (if we ignore What If...?) but that's what fandom is for. I have tons of headcanons about this couple and I've always thought I was the only one who ever thought about them.

But @drstrangefangirl8900 sent me the comic panel I reblogged and another one and following the link I found some edits in the "you may also like" section of that post which is where I reblogged the edits from. Honestly, it makes me just so happy seeing other people liking them! And if any of you know some dark corner of the fandom where ironwidowstrange is popular, let me know =)

I fell into the black hole of Death Note (thanks to an Italian YouTuber who does commentaries on movies and tv series), which reads as “I’m devouring the thing every free moment I get” — it helps the episodes are like less than 20 minutes each. And… like, what about: (Dark) Stephen is Light, Nat is Misa and Tony is L!AU?

Tony: Friday, activate the Ironwidow suit!

Stephen: *opens a portal*

Cloak of Levitation: *flies and catches her before either Friday or Stephen can do anything else*

Nat: and who’s the best cute Cloak in the world?! Wanna help me taking out some bad boys?!

Cloak of Levitation: *nods it’s collar*

Tony and Stephen: *worried glace*
