❄️ EISBADEN ❄️ . . @richter.andi und @onemoretraining_de haben mich schon mehrere Male gefragt ob ich mitkommen will. Ich hatte immer ein wenig Schiss davor 😅 Am Samstag hab ich mich dann aber getraut und bin mit in den See zum Eisbaden. Ein mega cooles (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes) Erlebnis. I was hoping to have the strength to do more pullups then I was able to do. My wife says I'm fucking crazy. My friends think I'm fucking stupid. I'll tell you this though, aside from becoming a father, I have never felt more like a fucking badass than I do when I get through 5-7 minutes in water this cold.
