April project: Figure out an after work, after power hour wind down routine.
Routines to try:
Stretch for 5-10 minutes.
Comfort drink (tea, decaf coffee, juice, sparkling water, skinny mocktails) and sitting on the balcony with entertainment
Play with my cat
Walk my cat
Write my novel offline
Dance exercise
Play violin
Listen to my horror stories
Play weiqi or Manchala
Sew
