Lovely outdoors Yoga makes my Saturday even brighter. Although it’s winter season in Morocco, visitors feel the weather is spring-like. I get rather shocked looks when I come to teach wearing sweaters and woolen socks 😄. Everyone else is happily stretching in bare feet and T-shirts 😁. Don’t forget I haven’t lived in Denmark for more than 10 years. There’s no Viking in me 😂. I’ve climatized to the seasons abroad. We have fun connecting over Yoga even if I’m wearing full on winter gear 😂🙏. I had a good laugh with lovely customers from London. Although the sun shines during the day here in Marrakech, it’s cold in the shade and it cools down in the evening. I came with full on gear ready to teach - 2 woolen sweaters, 2 pair of socks, scarf, woolen blankets - you name it 😄. The London customers were stretching in T-shirts, no extra socks and no scarfs or woolen sweaters, and they didn’t want to use the blankets for the last part of relaxation (shavasana). 😆. “It feels like a nice and pleasant summer evening in England”, one of the customers said. It’s amazing how we adapt to climates. What feels summer-like and pleasant to someone, might feel like winter and wool to another 🤪. ✨ Sending love and magic to you all.
