Online campers will gather in various ways, including video conferencing and our Discord server as we focus on deep magic, community empowerment, and taking our magic back into the world. I'm especially excited to be connecting with Loki and the Star Goddexx as part of this year's theme.

I will be co-teaching an online camp path called As the World Screams: Knowing the Work of the Witch. In this path, we will explore the primal scream that shakes all the worlds. What is raging in the deep places inside of us, fighting to be expressed? How can we join our own screams with the screams of others in a cry of power?

In The Dark Forest, The Eternal Ritual

Mystical poem written for WorldWide WitchCamp.

1.

Flickering shadows dance,

As the fire devours,

Wood found freely,

A gift of the Forest floor

Behind us,

The gentle, tickling,

Trickling sound,

Of flowing water

We drum and sing,

Then the woods grow silent,

As the storyteller speaks,

Her voice strong and tender

She tells a winding tale,

Of the dappled history,

Connecting our scattered tribes,

And makes us family

Around us the trees,

Share our breath,

In and out and in,

As we sway together

Pulling water up,

And in, and through,

Branches reaching out,

To hold our hands

Fog steaming in,

Covering and dressing,

The moss and roots,

Woven beneath us

Faerie lights flickering,

In the dark around us,

As the Kindly Folk,

Join in the dance

The rhythm quickens,

With pounding feet,

And gazes locked,

Upon the rising flames

Our shared breath,

Grown shallow,

As the chants ring out,

Twisting around and in

Our bodies made light,

Sharing in infinite mystery,

Spirits sinking and rising,

Throughout the worlds

Until at last we stand together,

Ecstatic and expanded,

Made into new creatures,

Spun into life with magick

Thou Art Goddess: Claiming Your Inner Goddess in the Summer Season

I’m deep in ritual at California Witchcamp in the redwoods on the northern coast. The night is dark, cold, yet a bright hearth fire illuminates the center of our magic circle of warmth and power. A woman approaches me, takes my face between her hands and says: “Thou art Goddess.” Then she kisses me gently on my brow and moves on.
