From World Mental Health Day 2015 - theme: Dignity and Mental Health
Here’s a little video of what we got up to on World Mental Health Day with PAPER Arts. There’s some little snippets of our Self Care Workshop as well as us awkwardly talking on camera (We hate hearing our voices!!!!) Thanks to everyone who came and everyone involved, it was such an inspiring day!!!

For my 'stitch out stigma' workshop before World Mental Health Day.
Echoes of your heart/ Barely beating, whispering/ “I shall not give in”.
(A haiku written for a contest set by @tylerknott and @twloha).
Posting it on here for yesterday’s world mental health day.

World Mental Heath Day
I didn’t know it was #WorldMentalHealthDay on Oct 10 and it’s a little late but I hope everyone gets better. I really wish I could do something for those who have this illness. Someday I hope to be in an organization or group that actively helps them but I know that even without being a member of one, just by reminding anyone who could be reading this that you are important would be a little help even just for a sec.
Again, you are important. You have an illness and it’s fine not to feel okay at times. Just don’t let it harm you even more physically. Don’t be too harsh on yourself. It’s okay to selfishly love yourself more. Don’t lose hope.
If you turn 'I' into 'we,' illness becomes wellness.
