I'm going to say the most obvious thing in the world but Franco is the kind of guy who takes EVERY positive attention from women as flirtation or interest. Nurses/waitresses/cleaning workers and anyone who HAS to be polite to keep their jobs suffer the most. Even being in public doesn't really help. After all, being the son of a mafia boss gives you a sense of entitlement. But you're so charming! You're already teasing him with that cute outfit and makeup but what about your calm voice and gentle tone? Well, you look soft enough so why shouldn't he feel it physically?
