2015: So Many Alterations... Part V: Wonderflonium
"More shading! More detail!" -Coach Moore Moreman, the Mormon.
Wonderflonium level alterations were an attempt at "quick" acrylic alterations. Turned out that they weren't all that quick. So Wonderflonium alterations were retired this year. But before that, I did manage to do a few.
Paint isn't something that I can realistically work with at a busy event. Wonderflonium alterations were only available via my mail-in Queue.
"Wait. What the hell is that, and how do I sign up?" -Apparently Everyone
For a few months in 2014, I opened up online orders for mail-in card alteration service. This was apocalyptically successful. By that, I mean it pretty well devastated my schedule, for the rest of 2014, and the first half of 2015.
So for those of you who wonder why I haven’t re-opened the Queue, or if you’re haven’t been following that long, why I don’t seem to be taking orders via website/email even with so many of you trying to throw cash at me: it’s because it took me months and months to get people their orders, and the longer I left orders open, the longer the wait became.
That's not to say it won't happen. Just have to figure out how to balance it with everything else going on all the time.
Last up, the ultimate card alterations, meticulously detailed in oil paint: Dalekanium and Unobtanium!

Liliana of the Goal. Football-soccer becomes far more interesting with zombie arms popping out of the ground.
(Wonderflonium alteration from the Queue of Yes, Even Sports are Not Immune from Liliana's Sexy Corruption.)
Liliana's Exalted Angel. I think I'm nearing having more of the MtG angels than not as Lili of the Veil alterations.
(Wonderflonium alteration from the Queue of the Choirs of Rebel Angels.)
"Tattooed punk angel" were the descriptors for this alteration from an obviously long-time fan.
(Wonderflonium alteration from the Queue of Pink and Punk.)
