So I may have spun and plied a 4.6 art batt all today. I was really trying to spin lace weight singles for a fingering weight shawl, but I came out to 285 yards when I was looking to get 400+. I'm getting better though! This batt is from the Yarn Wench #Etsy store. Managed to get all my singles plied and skeined up! I was going for worsted or DK, but the larger skein came out to be 94 grams and 115 yards so I guess that puts me at bulky. It doesn't look that bulky to me though! Oh well. 🤠 the skeins are soaking now, and will be put up to dry momentarily. Ich habs geschafft!!! Meine allererste Spule voll mit selbst (Navajo) verzwirntem Garn. Bis jetzt hatte ich das ja immer an @matthias.bebber ausgelagert :) Und ich muss sagen, zwirnen ist großer Ärger. Das Fäden vernähen des Spinnens. #mimimi I did it!
